I feel zero sympathy for anyone who feels victimized by online comments. Newsflash, you don't have to read the comments.

The fact these WNBA players want to be treated like NBA players is laughable.

It’s not just online comments. It’s largely DMs. And my guess is most of the people sending these messages aren’t actually fans of the Fever or the WNBA and many of them have probably never even watched a game. The league has become the battleground for a proxy race war being fought largely by people who don’t give a damn about the league.

If anyone is interested, Sydney Colson’s podcast is up today. She talks about the A’ja Wilson incident and about social justice in general. I agree with some of what she says and I disagree with some of it. But it’s interesting to hear her perspective as a Black lesbian who has played both for and against the Fever. The podcast is called Unsupervised with Syd & TP.

Really going to be a short off season. Who's paying for this nonsense? "salaries like women's basketball has never seen", and " an equity stake'" for another sideshow league? So someone's going to pay Mitchell over a million dollars to play ball another three months for games on YouTube? Pure stupid....
Co-founder Grady Burnett has explicitly denied direct Saudi Arabian financial backing or investment in the league's cap table.

I read somewhere that 20% of adults have Twitter and 10% of those users make 80% of the tweets.

So 1 adult out of 50 make 80% of the tweets. And that adult is probably a nameless and faceless jackass troll. Always cracked me up that people were so wrapped up in what is trending on Twitter, or the fact that the news constantly cites Twitter trends when its an extremely small percentage of people that make these trends, especially when these trends don't represent actual real life.

The fact the WNBA gives credence to this nonsense is laughable. GMAFB

I expected KM to resign last year, but this time it feels like she might be gone. What top talent would the Fever be able to attract if KM leaves because she's tired of the noise that surrounds the team and then former players (activists) Bree Turner and Sydney Colson are out there trashing the Fever organization?

Shouldn't the Liberty know if they have a reset timeout or not? They either used it already or they didn't. Why would they need to ask anyone?

Boston clearly tripped Wilson on that play.
Clearly I disagree. Watch the replay, there's one in this thread. Page 426, post 17006. Boston is back pedaling away from Aja. Aja jams her right foot into Bostons left foot, and then loses her balance. Aja extends her foot INTO Bostons foot, after Bostons foot is planted on the floor. How is that Boston tripping Aja? Is Boston not allowed to have her feet on the floor? Certainly Aja tripped over Bostons left foot, but Boston was moving away from her. not towards her, and Aja moved forward into Boston.
