its a shame that MP chose to give too many roster spots to players will not contribute: RP, Noah, the brother, the son….instead of actually covering the roster needs.

the only positions well covered , quantity and quality, are PG and PF.

SG, SF, C need help both on quality and quantity.

Where have you read the roster is great? I've not seen anyone post that. Just another example of taking someone's non-negative view and exaggerating what was actually said, to make rational posters look delusional.

I’ve seen ppl say that our starting 5 is as good as UL & UT. I’ve seen ppl say we are one Momcilovic away from being a FF team. Gotta have a pretty great roster to be one player away. Ppl have said that we have the best backcourt in the country & the best at UK since Fox & Monk. I’ve even seen some say that we were a top 15 team, as is. Those ppl didn’t need any help at all from me to look delusional.

Moreno, isn’t a 3 point shooter so he would have to rely on his athleticism, strength. rebounding and rim protection to contribute in the NBA. If he stays in the draft he will spend time in the CBA next year. Needs to go back to school and work himself into the lottery. I would rather be picked 8th next year than 25th this year and his game needs so much work. Going into the NBA unprepared to contribute in the NIL era is a poor decision.

Why couldn’t he work on his game as a pro? With pro trainers, pro coaches, and pro support staff? Personally we haven’t seen what he could be if he works with a different staff. I hope he comes back, but to say it’s to work on his game really isn’t a great argument imo. It’s exactly what a team would do if they draft him.

Because 15 I'm better players stayed in college he could possibly go first rd. If he comes back he will only drop farther down the board.

That’s a little over the top, too. But, closer to reality than the things I listed. Jmo. WITH Moreno I think it’s a 19-13 (8-10) type team. Without Moreno, 15-20 losses isn’t out of the question, IMO.

I have seen those. How many of those were sarcastic posts or trolls with new accounts posting ridiculous things to make the fan base look bad? Most I would bet. I do agree those posts would be delusional if the person who posted them actually believed what they wrote.
