Speaking of nooses, the last public execution in the United States was in Owensboro. And of course the guy they hired from Louisville to pull the trigger to trip the trap door showed up drunk and dropped the ball for that simple task - which then led to a deputy jumping in to pull the switch. This screw up led to the end of public executions in the U.S.

Journalists - sports or otherwise - just can’t help themselves. They’re always right and will, By God, fight to the death to prove it. The more hyperbole (or “exaggeration” as some might say) to prove said point, the better.

Kooky,

Just curious (and if you don't feel comfortable talking about this, I apologize), how is the recovery from COVID going?

We are going through the tailgating back and forth here too (hint- it will ultimately be whatever athletics wants). But its just not as simple as anyone ants to make it out. With no centralized tailgating, people are going to find other pockets just off campus to congregate. So our resources will be stretched thin monitoring that. And the tailgating here actually controls the flow of crowds going into the stadium- people come in over the course of a few hours which allows for an entry process thats relatively easy. There are other components of the gameday process which its critical too... but I assume the PR hit from being a football program tied to live video feeds of people not socially distancing isnt something they want to entertain.

Not that its a huge deal but that means no campus Gameday shows, etc... Eliminating tailgating is step one to eliminating just about every other gameday activity thats going to crush local vendors.

- Moms MRI of the brain came back, and now **** has hit the fan. Even the only doctor she trust isn’t enough to convince my parents it’s time to let someone “help”.

:chairshot:

- After many delays and excuses half of my straight rye order is in house. The other half was on the truck, but the pallets are special made and can’t be moved with pallet jacks, so $95 a pallet for something I can’t even take off the truck.

Maybe I’ll get the rest tomorrow.

Toasted barrels ordered, taste test set for AM.

Could be a disaster waiting to happen at 9am

- My “favorite” contractor has started his biggest project to date. 700K house and he is as panicked as a crackhead in a drought.

All that in one day leads to.......

- Which this GTS is good, and now my wife tells me that she has been nauseous for 4 days and despite being fixed is scared and thinks...........

I’m fine... thanks for asking.

My version was like an electrical short circuit fever for three days. I had back aches, sluggishness for another two weeks...lost taste and smell for 10 weeks.

I’d say my sense of smell is 99% back.

You seem like you’re the type that takes a lot of carnival cruises so indeed it would be big if true.

False. never even entertained the idea of going on a cruise you F'N Queef. I seem like the type ??? Too funny, how would you know my TYPE. One thing for certain, I do not fake being a baller or brag about Scoot Scootn.

LOL, a charter member of GYERO moaning and groaning about a broken toe ? Definitely did not play real sports growing up. A TRUE GYERO MAN would tape that ***** to the next toe, pop a couple tabs and roll on.

Do you guys engineer heavy timber / post and beam stuff in house? I have a little commission for a 30’ x 42’ garage and I don’t want to do the calcs myself or engage an SE as a consultant if I don’t have to.

Also, how is your company’s working relationship with the Amish, any long-standing feuds to be aware of?
