There are no signs pointing to us getting worse. Of course it’s been almost four years and we still aren’t any good, but we are not getting worse, there is no way you really think that.
There are plenty of signs pointing to us getting worse. This class is shaping up pretty poorly.
Don't waste your breath on selling me the quality over quantity / small class stuff either.
There isn't much quality and it's looking worse.
Every time a new HC is hired, fans generally consider that first class a throwaway. At this rate, we can keep Frost and have a class as bad or worse than a 1st year coach's throwaway.
We have players that are good enough to start in quality teams elsewhere. If Frost only wins 1 or less games for the rest of the year, how many do you think we are going to lose?
The only thing that is sunny is the future recruiting classes, but they don't mean much to me and the closer those kids get to signing day, the more they are going to start thinking about their future. At this rate Nebraska's future doesn't look bright.
You can pump sunshine all day long but that doesn't change the reality of it.
No Blueblood lets a coach churn out losing seasons like we have. The reason for that is showing up this year, recruiting is going to suffer and the transfer portal is going to hurt us. Our coaches simply can't recruit around our record in living rooms.
No blue bloods let a coach lose like we are with our coach because it can cause long term damage. If we keep Frost and he fails? We will be worse off than before he was hired.
