They could. But they don't have the TV pull either. Dudes want money sure, but they also want exposure. You aren't getting that at Harvard or Yale.
UM has one of the strictest academic requirements in the country for a public school. It's a great school for business, medicine, etc.
It will suck but the man won TWO postseason games in like 6 years. Every one was saying he was sucking. We're just getting laughed at because we're UK and we demand better.
i mean you run off a hof coach it will look bad no matter what, doesnt help that the two programs are going in opposite directions

Calipari with a crappy coaching job as usual too. Arkansas should be destroying this ole miss team. Fatigue has to be a factor to some extent by now for the rebels.
Cal would have done much better here if NIL/portal had happened sooner. It has allowed him to retain good players after their freshman year has ended. Would he have Wagner, Richmond, Ewin, Brazile and Pringle if it was 2023 or before? No, they’d be in the NBA or G-league or playing in Europe.
As much as I hate to say it Arkansas has the type of team that could make a deep tournament run. That being said I know who coached them and he will find a way to mess it up.

Yep. Might humble the Kentucky fans a little and put things in perspective, but I doubt it. Many will keep thinking our current coach is just another year away from being the next Golden/Hurley.
Cal is gonna coach in the SEC title game tomorrow. While we have been comfy on the couch all weekend. I don’t want that clown back but I sure as hell don’t want Pope coaching here anymore.
Put’s the comparison between a runner up coach and a guy who got blown out in the Sweet 16 into perspective.

Should be a real eye opener. Some of the ones saying anti Pope fans are the reason we can’t get a coach and are horrible for the program were very vocal about getting rid of Calipari. News flash it was a major mistake and our program is about to suffer big time. They’re still to prideful to see it though and have major hope with Pope!
