Looks like Seyfried with those binoculars. Great googly moogly.

So why isn’t Pti the next Theo Epstein?

Wouldn't the Reds be better off trading Votto after this historical season? His salary might be high in Cincinnati, but to the big league clubs it's a drop in the bucket, TBH.

Hell the Cubs paid Soriano almost that much to play for the Yankees his last season.

The Mat Latos trade was the one that really hurt the Reds. Yonder Alonso, Yasmani Grandal and Edinson Volzquez, ouch!

Team Cast Iron Skillet. I hate (both) Chad(s).

And go ahead, Papa Doc. Go ahead and bring up the Indians blowing a 3-1 lead to the baseball Cowboys last October. That's what you'll go with. Here, tell these people something they don't know about me.

I'll say this, the drafter of that complaint has a "unique" style when it comes to pleadings. A whole bunch of space is devoted to irrelevant horseshit. I hope Higgins is paying by the hour instead of a contingency on this one. I can maybe see a couple of things that would cause me some concern, but I don't see too much exposure here for the KSR boys.

So, John Higgins has sued KSR.

[laughing]

Well, Matt, it sucks you have to deal with that horseshit, but thanks for ensuring we never get Higgins on a game again.

Exactly, BJW can be embarrassing at times, but we are rid of John Higgins forever.

Worth it, imo.

Drew Franklin getting named personally as well.

I hope Higgins' lawyer got his money upfront.

VINCE will clean up this mess, no question. Great job hiring VINCE, for sure. Really can't wait to see what VINCE does. Interim or not, VINCE is a Louisville Man and VINCE has Louisville's best interests at heart. I am a proud member of team VINCE.

@MattJonesKSR, oddly enough I've got an attorney recommendation for you in Omaha, if you want someone local. Scott Jochim at Croker, Huck, Kasher, DeWitt, Anderson & Gonderinger, L.L.C. I'm sure he'd defend, but he'd also likely have local knowledge and recommendations he'd be willing to share.

Trump voter, and think he was better than Hilary, but good lord dude...STFU.

I don't understand how someone could get 20 or so guns, and thousands of rounds of ammunition into a hotel room unnoticed. No conspiracy or anything, but damn...you would think a casino would notice something "off" about the comings and goings of Mr. Paddock. That had to take how many trips? The whole thing is just awful.

Pumped for October baseball. October is a great sports month. Think we see Washington/Cleveland in the WS.

Pat Forde says that Louisville is a laughingstock nationally and viewed as one of the most corrupt schools in the NCAA. Never thought I would hear those words spoken from that guy. He's basically turned from heel to face (or vice versa for Louisville fans). Pretty crazy.

I'm no tort expert, but Higgins' attorneys didn't include a separate count for defamation? I mean, his complaint doesn't have a count alleging that the statements made on KSR were, in fact, not true?

OK, then......

Agreed. It reads much more like a federal indictment than a civil complaint. Which I thought was odd, until I saw who drafted it.

I mean, I thought Matt did a good job of trying to quell the BJW justice...it’s not like he really encouraged people to do that stuff. He did laugh at it, but reporting what people did, you know, like the news...

Good luck Matt and Drew.
