awww - I'm 4/25

Being fm the family I'm from we enjoy fierce loyalty and lots of laughter but probably don't always communicate as clearly or regularly as others do - esp smaller families

Case in point with not always thoroughly communicating within our ranks -- I'm now 50 years old and was casually informed not that long ago that our family name (Cox) -- really shouldn't apply

because my Dad's dad -- was a love child from an illicit affair that my slutty grand momma had ....the surprise bastard was tagged with the family name anyway "to avoid the appearance of scandal" (seems too little too late to me?) ......"we think he was 'A Monroe' I was told"

So we're a bunch of bastards with murky bootleg DNA deposited late one night by some nameless barnstorming rapist-man --->> who may have been "A Monroe"

ALSO -- that same Grandfather -- adopted Dickie Lyons' Dad and raised him ....
would have LOVED TO HAVE KNOWN THAT WHEN COUSIN DICK WAS PLAYING FOR UK, MOM

I have this unsettling feeling she's going to drop something else on me before she passes

like - maybe I'm actually black since her dad was "melungon"......???
😒

I need to ask more questions apparently -

-Inquired about "ordering" a new vehicle and got hit with, "the dealership has the right on delivery to add a surcharge over msrp.' What? You can't tell me now if you're going to add 10's of thousands to the price when it comes in? Have a feeling a lot of these people are going to be hit with a dose of reality come the depths of this winter.
Speaking of...

Many of y’all’s birthday are in September. @B.Money @B.B.d.K. @BellyDancer @80 Proof. (Who am I missing?)

I also somehow inherited the g-l-a-m-o-r-o-u-s job of being in charge of the office birthday cards. Groupgreeting.com has made that easier but it’s still a pain to always have an eye out for the next birthday and manage that stuff.

Somehow lol No one in any office anywhere is better suited for that role, bro.

Had to get our niece drug tested today. The middle daughter(16YO junior in HS) and she was negative for everything.

You bet your *** I waived that MFer in front of CPS and the mother like a damned middle finger, and for added bonus sent a receipt for $50 reimbursement.

There ya broke *****, pay me back for the test you wanted!

I’m born in April as well as my wife, mother, and brother. It’s almost like being tan and healthy in the middle of the summer makes our wives want to have sex with us!

-The oldest also met a girl at running camp from the Northern Kentucky area. Went to watch her race on Saturday then went to the Loveland Trail to get his 8 miles in. I am not sure if I am happy that he has a girlfriend from Northern Kentucky. Is that even Kentucky?

I’m from Maysville which I’d like to think of as pretty solidly Kentucky. It’s geographically but not necessarily culturally Northern Kentucky. Married a girl from Ft Thomas. She and her family talk funny but they’re definitely Kentucky. I’ve grown to appreciate Northern Kentucky the more I’ve gotten to know it. He’ll be aight.

Russia invaded Ukraine on my birthday this year, February 24. Damn Commies always trying to mess with people they should just walk on by.
Totally unrelated but getting rid of bodies with a car bomb is cheaper, easier and better than a wood chipper and ice.

All these lined shorts (haven’t tried pants yet) from Bird Dog, Fabletics etc are amazing. Not having to grab/pack some undies for the day is the cats pajamas. Plus they just feel good. Highly recommend.
