There is so much "bracket analysis" available these days that I find myself less interested in digging into it than ever before. It's a microcosm of the "too much information" problem of the internet age.

It makes me nostalgic for the time 25-30 years ago when I'd pick up the Monday USA Today to go through their expanded bracket section, and then dutifully watch the Monday and Tuesday night ESPN bracket breakdown specials which were appointment viewing. That was really all the analysis that was needed, and also pretty much all that was available.

What can some of you guys tell me about the Legacy Trail? Will begin riding on it in the next month or so and i will start basically at Newtown/Citation. Any rules or tips or things i should know??
Stay on your side of the trail and if you stop get off the trail. That's about it. Watch out for little kids and soccer balls. From there it goes like 4-5 miles to the horse park and there's an extra 1-2 miles in the horse park.

You could start at YMCA and get a couple more miles in.

Be aware of the urban outdoorsman that live around the old Lexmark property.
Yeah, I 've seen a bunch of homeless folks pooping next to the trail but if he starts at Citation he'll avoid that.

Once saw a narcan revival right there in front of Lexmark.

And considering his production in the NBA thus far, he probably should have been selected there.

But there’s a big difference between the truly elite freshmen and the good ones. I don’t know anyone who expected Johnson preseason to be an absolute star. His expectations were in line with Maxey.
The original GYERO — starting with Friday randoms and Bk’s grandma — are the real GYERO. You are in that real GYERO, Chad. Thank you for allowing me to watch your growth. Dog, marriage, kids … damn, boy. Go Cats, Go Bengals, Go Reds. And Go Life.

Im used to doing about a 12 mile path on my mountain bike but i would imagine my previous 12 mile path had more hills than what i may see on this trail. Sounds like from start to finish and then in horsepark i can get in 12/13 miles in out and back. Is the path clearly marked in horsepark and easy to get that extra 1-2 miles in??

I’m trying to not ruin any good vibes but I truly wish I could **** rainbows and John Wall shots over this tournament like some of you.

I just have zero faith in Cal to not **** this up. Everything is set up perfectly to get it done. All the dominos are in place…and I just am going to be a nervous ******** wreck every time Kentucky steps on the court.

My old man had a weekend long party for the Final Four in 96. Ice cold Kegs of beer and a bunch of drunken maniac Cayuts fans filling the house. I was 15 and that whole Saturday to Monday still sticks in my mind as one of the greatest sports memories I’ve ever had.

Yeah, you just have to cross Ironworks to get over into the park. Fairly obvious. It has a few little sneaky rollers.

Maybe nostalgia just hits different, but the game in 1996 was significantly more enjoyable to watch.

Young, swaggy Cal is 😆...

That UMASS team would have won the title in about every other season. Unfortunately for them and Cal, they ran into a buzzsaw that was possibly the best college team of all time. Controversial take, but I think that team may be Cal's best.

Louisville 2012 in the F4 was easily the most nerve wracking game ever attended by me. Almost didn’t even enjoy it. Stomach in knots for 2 hours.

Title game was just as close, but I felt at ease the whole time. Just happy to be there and that we didn’t lose to the Cards. Somehow knew we were winning it. No doubts at all.

One of the more satisfying wins of the tournament was Boogie & Co. sending those pencil-necks from Cornell home in a bodybag.

Having to listen to Bilas and the chattering class idiots pump up their chances all week was infuriating, preposterous even, and how they came to their upset conclusion even more laughable.

They prayed for a David v. Goliath outcome and to the delight of the faithful, got a **** sambo instead.

What about DJ Wagner?
If DJ Wagner is dumb enough to tie himself to a sinking ship, then so be it...

Not even Kenny Payne is going to un-f*ck f UL's athletics department and basketball program. UL is circling the drain into less-than-mediocrity for the foreseeable future.

Anyone that will be in the Lexington area tomorrow and wants 4 FREE tix to either or both sessions of the Sweet 16 tomorrow, holla. I'm not rolling in until Thursday and I hate to see these go to waste.

Lower arena at the free throw line. Row M.

KP played with Milt Wagner at U of L. Milt grew up with WWW in Camden, NJ. Milt was KP's introduction to WWW when KP played for the 76'ers. Apparently WWW was Milt's/Dejuan's connection with Cal, and and also Cal's connection with KP.

Some of the gems from Thamel and Forde were revealing that Bledsoe's Mom worked at an adult bookstore and that at times the family lived out of a car so there is no way he could pass an algebra class. It still enrages me the blatant racism and that you want to try a destroy someone's best and in some ways, only chance to change their lives and that of their family because you don't like Cal.
