So, Bilas, Gottlieb and Williams are all UK haters? Just shut up, dude, about everything.

No, just Gotleib and Jason. Jason particularly didn't care for Cal when he was hired. That's beside the point; the main issue is they are just awful. 2 or the worst on ESPN.

Some of hall have awful memories or you just worship whatever MJ cosigns. I don't get it.

This rain is really putting a damper on tee ball season. ********.

Finished House of Cards last night. That show is great. Basically if GoT took place in modern times. But now Ive got to find something to replace it. Wife wants to start that kimmy Schmidt show. Is that like a chick comedy or something? Chad?

Kimmy Schmidt is stupid but funny. Its a little quirky but not stressful like watching Better Cal Saul and The Americans. Highly recommend.

I think that's a big part of it. When the NCAA just flat out declared after the Kanter mess that prior precedent meant nothing in its decision making, I kinda stopped believing that they know what they're doing there when it comes to enforcement.
What pisses me off is that they basically used the testimony of one shady exec who clearly had an ax to grind with Kanter to declare him ineligible, and literally no other evidence, just taking his word at face value...but guys like Mccants and Clarett step up with inside knowledge full of details that could easily be fact checked, and the NCAA basically dismisses them...would have done the same to Powell had that book not gotten written by such a respected author.

The NCAA as we know it is on borrowed time, eventually schools like Cuse and UL are going to call ******** on taking penalties when UNC walks for something much worse.

I just started Season 4 of HOC. I love it, too.

Kimmy Schmidt isn't a chick comedy. It's along the lines of 30 Rock.

I didn't listen to the podcast, but whenever duke/UNC come up his butthole gets real tight.
My belief on his UNC stance, maybe wrong but that's why i think he's going in this way when he could completely go the other way. But, i like Bilas and 95% of his basketball views.

I didn't listen to the podcast, but whenever duke/UNC come up his butthole gets real tight. Then, he'll get all righteous about something stupid. F him.
Duke and UNC people in the media do this all the time. They'll trip over their own feet to be the first person to defend the other team when they're portrayed in a negative light. That's why I'm a huge proponent of the theory (Dennis's?) that Duke and UNC really don't hate each other all that much and it's more like Rocky and Apollo at the end of Rocky 3, as opposed to Kentucky vs. Louisville, which is Rocky vs. Mr. T.

I can't pin it down and I'm too lazy to look for evidence, but I guarantee that most Duke people were rooting for North Carolina to beat Villanova.

Oh absolutely, and it's because, deep down, they know who the boss of basketball is, and that can't stand it.

- Never fails with an office pizza party. The hens insist on an equal amount of cheese pizza and veggie pizza to go along with pepperoni. Guess what's gone in 5 minutes? The pepperoni. Guess what's leftover and in the fridge now? The cheese and veggie. Shocking.

- .

That's pretty funny, and 100% true. Never really thought about it.

-Leave for Europe a week from today, shew. Really starting to get amped up, basically been planning this trip/saving points, with a few cancellations & roadblocks, for 5 solid years.

*First Class to London, staying at The May Fair Hotel 4 nights:

*Overnight Cruise from London to Amsterdam, staying at Intercontinental Amstel on a Canal for 2 nights:

Depart from Harwich Port at 11pm, Saves us a travel day, & was cheaper than an extra night in London. Seemed fun/different. Board, get settled in Cabin, Hit Casina, sleep, wake up in Amsterdam at 8am.

*Thalys Train w/ a midday stopover for a few hours in Brussels (which we will likely skip given the situation there), then onto Paris for 4 nights at Villa D'Estrees in St. Germaine/Latin Quarter.

*Coach, Xanax, Home

...any recs/tips/etc outside of the obvious touristy sites/things that we will be doing certainly welcomed.

[cheers]

My girlfriend's F'ing cat.

The process is far from ideal. Not only does it require close to 100 injections, it is incredibly time-consuming, with untold hours spent at the doctor’s office. Not surprisingly, many patients simply quit going. Immunotherapy also always carries a reasonable risk of reaction, since the very thing a person is allergic to is being injected into the body. Anaphylaxis to immunotherapy, while uncommon, certainly has been reported, which is why patients are meant to wait at least half an hour in the doctor’s office after receiving an injection.

Does anybody else have a medical explanation they'd like me to Google for them?

The whole thing makes me irate. I hate cats. Hate them. Always have. Think they're miserable, purposeless creatures. And now I'm going to get shots and/or take drugs every day because of one.

Welcome to potential marriage life. The Cat is just the beginning.

Being irate is basically a daily on a married fella's timeline. Kind of enjoy it at this point and that is a little weird but so be it.

Lol yeah. That cat is/will be a drop in the bucket...

You should be immune by now w/ exposure to all of Sloot's creatures anyways.

-Mitchell just lost another coach this morning. [laughing]

Used to hate cats but I've come around on them. They aren't needy, they pretty much do their own thing. Quiet. Like to nap. They get a bad rap. Can't own one tho because my wife and son swell up like patient zero around them.

Chad, I think it's time the cat fell victim to a terribly sad "accident". I know a guy.

-1-2 last night with a single to left. Made good contact, really. Yeoman effort at 2nd.

-Some league names this year:

Sons of Pitchers
The Unathletics
Pink Punishers
I'd Hit That
9 Inch Males

lolz

-Not difficult to cite a source, drx, especially when you're copying and pasting to make yourself appear more credible.

-Roosters last night postgame. 5 hot wings for Dad. Given the unnecessary change Hooters made to their wings with the even heavier breading, I'm giving the nod to Roosters. Superior wings imo.

-PSA: Mother's Day is the Sunday after Derby this year. It's usually the following Sunday. Adjust accordingly.

-Vegas in 3 weeks for the annual convention. Staying at The Venetian. Arrive Friday, leave Tuesday night. Show is Monday/Tuesday, so two days of pool drunk and GAMBOL. Can't wait.

-Paul's Fruit Market makes a quality sam. Reasonably priced as well. Pretty much a big fan of Paul's all around, candidly. Great produce.

-Derby Party this year, which is fine with me. It's actually next door to crankdat's house. Might be a good time to make an introduction if he's out on that expansive new deck of his.

-The Bat Cats' all white look is just dope imo. Not every school can pull that look off, but UK does it well in most all sports.

You know, this apparent fall from grace for Potsie really makes me realize why I was slightly uncomfortable with his $1M pledge to UK in 2014. It's counter-intuitive and sounds funny, but not sure he had enough "good will" to make that kind of donation.

I mean, national title winning coach, tenured and loved HOF'r? Sure, give back as you'd like. But when you still have much to prove at a school and your seat isn't considered in that "lifer" territory, a significant donation like his could really cloud things when/if Mitch has to step in.

Paul's is dope. Of course, Deebs.

Again, you deli sambo crushers need to hit up Garden Gate on the corner of Breck/BTown -- best all-around deli/market in town. :100points:

Did not realize Potsie had been to 3 elite 8's. Would have guessed 1, thats not shabby. Bring back Lady Kats, btw.

Spent $238 on the mom this Mother's day. Mom's are worth every penny. Will go to her house and have dinner and do the derby/mothers day combo.

Always seem to root for the horse(s) that run at the Keeneland meet in the derby.

4 grays running this year in the derby. Would have been 5 but Cupid dropped out.

The Derby is the race to go ahead and drop a superfecta bet, spend some decent $ on it, and try to make some big bucks. That's the type of better i am, big risk, big reward.

Great childhood memories of derby parties in Louisville with family and relatives. Horseshoes, booze, drunk uncles, drawing a name out of a hat, good food etc.

Needed a new Kentucky golf shirt and bought this. Like the Kentucky on sleeve, matching white striped lines and the UK emblem is fine. Pretty happy with it.

I genuinely don't know how much parenting matters anymore when it comes to the drug epidemic in this state. I know some fantastic folks who have had their kids go down dark roads with this crap.

-In some cases no matter how much parenting you do will not matter, but for almost 80% of the population it matters. Goes back to the whole nature vs. nurture argument.

How's the French Lick Casina? Heading up to Montgomery, IN Saturday for a tourney -- noticed it's directly in my path and trying to figure out a way to sneak a little night away in.

If you are extremely allergic to cats (like I am) and you are dating a girl and eventually get married, once that cat dies off its done. Her getting another cat would be some extreme bull that would not be tolerated. At least that has to be established.
