do they still have that big Halloween parade in Kutztown? used to be a big deal.

they host a big one day girls high school basketball tournament in mid October at the school also, haven't been on that campus in years
Hey Toby. Not sure, this is my first game at KU as my daughter is a freshman. If I find anything out I will surely let you know. Will be at KU, but go RU!!

Through three home games last year, Rutgers claimed to be averaging 51,497 fans per game including two "sellouts." The real number was actually 31,194. So RU inflated attendance numbers by more than 20,000! I think attendance has been better than 31K per game so far this year, but clearly we can't trust any figures released by the athletic department unless they are compelled to release real numbers through a Freedom of Information Act request.

You should find yourself a better hobby🤣🤣🤣🤣 stated vs real attendance figures is a meaningless task to give a s*** about.

What are you talking about? I was just letting you know that Melissa is probably the same guy with one of his 100 handles posting the same crap. I was actually agreeing with you.
Calling someone an idiot doesn’t normally constitute a free and open discussion. You called me an idiot . Did you not? I wasn’t the one who called you an idiot.

Many things in their favor, generational success, nothing else to do. Its just like Nebraska basically. Everyone grows up a PSU fan even if they have no affiliation to the school.
I grew up in that part of the country. It's drilled into you from birth. It's inescapable.

First time I went to Rutgers as an 18 year old and I said,"Wait they have a football team?" And that's after attending the 1988 PSU-RU game.

No I did not. You misread the post. If I placed a comma in there I would've been calling you an idiot. There's no comma so I'm alerting you that it's likely the same attendance idiot, but with a different board handle.

It’s all good not offended . Too many other things to be upset about.

So, are we to consider it a blowout if Rutgers beats Wagner 31-7 ?
In my opinion losing by 4 scores is a blowout. Therefore 31-7 qualifies as a minor blowout, as opposed to losing by 6 or more TD’s. Those qualify as major blowouts imo.

My over/under is 30K in the stadium for Wagner. After 3 early home games many RU STH’s sit this one out and get charged up for MSU on 10/14. 2nd half of Wagner will look like a ghost town as fans leave at halftime.

I don’t understand how anyone could not be looking forward to going to the football game.

We have six home games, which leaves 359 other days of the year I do something else

Throw in some expected a good weather and the usual solid tailgate scene, and I’m looking forward to seeing us blowing their doors off and continuing the climb up

I agree man. Any chance to get out in the autumn weather and tailgate and then see some football is awesome for me and I'm always there.

If this rain in the morning lingers too long, I think we will see a drop-off in attendance but I'll be there rain or shine.

Admitelly I’m a football junkie but any chance I get to watch live FB I’m doing it

Great game to bring the kids too! I'm bringing my 6 year old to his second ever game, with a buddy of mine who's bringing his son to his first ever game. Lots of point and action, perfect game for families.

Yeah, that age they should have a ball during the tailgate, hitting the boardwalk, getting any freebies, etc. You may find you'll need to keep them entertained in the stands.

So if it’s like 31-17 or something like that this place will be verging on literal meltdown
If we didn’t already dominated NW, VT, and Temple, then yes. it would be disappointing but not a meltdown. That’s like saying should fans think playoffs if we by 70?

Tell them that if they don't behave you'll have them blow off that damn train horn again.

seems like many in attendance are using the cloak of invisibility
but they can't fool RU, announced attendance will be 45,763
