It's easy for those cultists to support a winner. They've never had anywhere near 8 straight losing seasons.PSU is a cult unto its own (in this part of the country).

This is true! It's easy for those cultists to support a winner. They've never had anywhere near 8 straight losing seasons.
I've liked a lot of your posts, believe it or not. We agree on a lot more than we disagree on.OMG @Local Shill liked my post! I did gooooooood today!
Many things in their favor, generational success, nothing else to do. Its just like Nebraska basically. Everyone grows up a PSU fan even if they have no affiliation to the school. It's easy for those cultists to support a winner. They've never had anywhere near 8 straight losing seasons.
The sellout is only 54k and BS.The school will announce a standing room only sellout with 62K tickets.
Exactly - look I’m sure James Madison types are cheap too, but there is no upside whatsoever to playing better FCS teams. Have a bad day and you can lose.
I know just having some fun! All good!I've liked a lot of your posts, believe it or not. We agree on a lot more than we disagree on.

If Rutgers didn't openly lie about attendance numbers, I wouldn't say a word about it and I'm sure many others who post here wouldn't either. What's embarrassing is the athletic department announcing 50K+ crowds and/or "sellouts" when there are huge sections of empty seats in the upper deck and sometimes even in the lower bowl. Rutgers claimed the Virginia Tech game was sold out beyond capacity, which was a ridiculous lie that anyone at the game or watching on TV could see within a few seconds.I can't figure out why many of "our" fans continually knock the attendance watching comfortably from their own couches
Agree. Rutgers will announce 50K but I doubt there will be more than 35-38K actual human beings in the stadium when the crowd peaks in the mid-1st quarter before everyone starts leaving.38k in house max
It's counting tickets distributed vs turnstile attendance. If Rutgers didn't openly lie about attendance numbers, I wouldn't say a word about it and I'm sure many others who post here wouldn't either. What I still can't figure out is why the athletic department continues to lie about this. What's to gain? Are they worried about the Big Ten throwing us out for low attendance or something? I honestly can't figure it out.
New day. New account to troll from "Melissa."Agree. Rutgers will announce 50K but I doubt there will be more than 35-38K actual human beings in the stadium when the crowd peaks in the mid-1st quarter before everyone starts leaving.
I want to unpack the attendance of not actually human beings. Are we talking bugs, dogs, unidentified species?New day. New account to troll from "Melissa."
Do eggs and human embryos count? Or can we not count our chickens and embryos before they hatch. Because Rutgers security will not allow eggs in the stadium due to homeland security concerns. RU should get a 1,000 count credit for that.I want to unpack the attendance of not actually human beings. Are we talking bugs, dogs, unidentified species?

Well Mellisa, we can’t wait until your 2nd posting arrives. Just what Rutgers needs another attendance idiot. If Rutgers didn't openly lie about attendance numbers, I wouldn't say a word about it and I'm sure many others who post here wouldn't either. What I still can't figure out is why the athletic department continues to deceive the public about this. What's to gain? Are they worried about the Big Ten throwing us out for low attendance or something? I honestly can't figure it out.
It's the same attendance idiot.Well Mellisa, we can’t wait until your 2nd posting arrives. Just what Rutgers needs another attendance idiot.
I think there will be more than 27,000 people in the stands at peak, which would be half full. The current forecast for Saturday is sunny with temps between 64-74. If that holds up, it's going to be a great tailgate scene. But I agree with those that say the stadium will only be 1/2 full. It's not a knock on the team. It's just reality. Maryland has a borderline top 25 team and they have the same issues with attendance against non-marquee opponents. Keep winning and it will get better.
We know that IT will easily crack 150 monikers by season's end at the current rate, HOWEVER, when will IT close in on 200???
....STAY TUNED!!!!
Melissa71 is likely the name of the woman whose basement it resides in....let's be real, lol!Did you ever hook with someone named Melissa?
Is that guy talking to himself in this thread?
do they still have that big Halloween parade in Kutztown? used to be a big deal.Ugh! We will not be in 128 for this game. My daughter goes to Kutztown and this week is their Family Weekend. We will be tailgating with a bunch of KU Diehards, and looking forward to the experienc, although will miss being at RU big time. Tailgating is always fun regardless where you are, but the game experience is still what I love more. Hopefully I will find folks to take my tix so they will represent in our absence.
You can do that?
I think it has been done in this thread already, but it's hard to know for sure when someone has 165,000 handles. You can do that?
So, are we to consider it a blowout if Rutgers beats Wagner 31-7 ?The average college football fan doesn’t look at a final score of 31–7, and consider it a “blowout” in any way, shape or form. I’m sure most people who even thought about going to the game against Wagner paying attention to yesterday know it was a tight game midway through the mid third quarter. People may not show up because it might rain and it’s a game against freaking Wagner. Not because they thought yesterday was a blowout (IMHO).
Absolutely not IMHO.So, are we to consider it a blowout if Rutgers beats Wagner 31-7 ?
