I really hate this for James and his teammates. They’ve all work hard and deserve a chance to play together. I don’t care about Memphis or Penny either one, but these kids deserve to play basketball. Anyone laughing about a young man losing a year of his life to play and show what he’s got to the world is awful. I hope it works out for him honestly and he gets to play. If not, they still have a good group of kids down there and will be competitive. Go Cats!!

I'm pretty sure they still play him at their own risk. This injunction or whatever it is doesn't mean Memphis doesn't stand to lose any game he participates in. At least thats my understanding.
Yes, his attorney needs to quit saying Wiseman is eligible. He is ineligible there is just a temporary injunction in place preventing the NCAA from enforcing their ruling. Memphis playing him during this injunction would be foolish beyond belief and I can't think of a single reason a judge would intervene here.

BREAKING: Memphis attorney Leslie Ballin says James Wiseman has been ruled ineligible. He says the NCAA determined Penny Hardaway helped Wiseman and his family move to Memphis in high school. They are considering Penny to be a booster. I just found this lol

Oh the Irony of his lawyer being named " BALLIN". BaaaaaaaHaaaaaa

Pound Wiseman Penny Foolish ???

Damn I was hoping Memphis would have the very first OGAD .. in place of a OAD .. One Game and Done .. HA HA. ..

You don’t think Wiseman knew anything about this? He’s not the victim

Exactly, he doesn't have the authority. The NCAA should file an immediate appeal to an appropriate court.

That’s the most ridiculous **** I’ve heard lately...smh.

The NCAA is prolly like well what do we do now? That county judge really put us in our place.

NCAA is a joke of a committee.

You can’t cheat the system and if you do and get caught then it’s a life lesson. Penny and the Wisemans had to know this was a violation but did it anyway so the kid shouldn’t be allowed to play.

Crazy how Memphis stated that Penny gave the Wiseman family $11,500 to offset the moving expenses. The kid would in no way go anywhere else with that much money being given and in turn did create an unfair recruiting advantage. I see no way he get's cleared after this.

Memphis is going with the DRose strategy where you just keep playing a guy you know will eventually be ineligible. Apparently they never learn.

Lol no I wasn’t aware, they must have been really irrelevant last year for me to not notice at all.

They were and now it looks like that's not going away anytime soon unless the ncaa loses their manhood again.
