At least you and Minnesota fans have something in common, a glorious distant past and women’s volleyball. But you have that tremendous women’s Bowling team so Nebraska gets the overall edge.
Iowa can have an NFL tight end and not even pass him the ball or play him just so they can be content winning 8 games. Plus playing the weakest non con there is. Must be a joy playing it safe every year to go to the Outback Bowl. We at least take a shot. It may fail, but at least we have been there in our lifetimes.
Must be awesome to have a legendary coach go 4-8 and then at best 6-6 at a once mighty school. Fire another coach it has worked out so well for ya that last 20 years. Why stop now?

Cornicator, this is the best. Gave me a goood laugh. I didn't know Steve Douche was from Iowa. Pella windows, huh? I had a new Pella patio door installed a few weeks ago. When the temp gets below 32 degrees, there's moisture on the inside of the stationary part of the door around the frame. None on the sliding door. A Pella rep is coming this Tuesday to look at the door. I'm sure he is going to say there's nothing wrong with the door .. it's the high humidity in your house. To which I will reply, the fricking hygrometer over there says the humidity is normal.
I love some good rivalry banter. So here’s my take, Nebraska is a tremendous football school, great tradition, incredibly faithful fan base, & a winning history. However, college football is very much a what have you done for me lately and since joining the Big Ten Nebraska has struggled. As an Iowa fan I would love to have those championships NU has, I would also love to invade opposing stadiums the way the Red Sea travels. But, at the end of the day we’re Iowa. A good program, physically tough, develop underrated players, churn out way more NFL talent than most would expect, & we do it the right way. Since I’ve been alive the series is 5-5 and I’m 30 years old...hoping for another great game Friday and at the end of the day we’re both two Midwest teams and our fan bases are more similar than different in most regards. Cheers to a fun week!
