I don't mean to say I disagree with the way or why they decided what they did. I disagree w/ dismantling Roe v Wade, but I'm not a woman. So, at the end of the day its not a voting issue for me. It doesn't affect me personally.
But it’s not dismantled. Rowe wasn’t codified law. Rowe was a ruling by the court. There was nothing to dismantle. All any state has to do is put forward a bill and vote, or, if they’re too chickenshit, make it a referendum vote, or if they’re still too chickenshit, kick it back to the Fed to do a bill / amendment.

That’s the point I’m making. People are trying to boogeymen the court. They did their job and further they interpreted and made their ruling correctly. For all of the handwringing and Pearl clutching by the left over this being settled, it’s a lie. It wasn’t settled. It wasn’t codified into law. For 40+ years, we had open and vigorous debate. This was, is, and has been congress abdicating its responsibility and deferring their responsibility to the court.

At literally any point since Rowe’s ruling, a bill could’ve been put forward and signed into law. You don’t even have to look far in the rear view. The Dems held both houses and the WhiteHouse for 2 years, why didn’t they do something to backstop Rowe?

The reality is, the Dems want the tactical dividing issue. They don’t actually care either way, if they did, they’d have done something about it. They want the issue.

How am I wrong?

Roe was not the only situation where legal rulings had replaced law. The EPA got spanked by the court over Waters of the US where court rulings on top of court rulings had replaced laws and SCOTUS said nope. Same with clean water act rulings on air pollution.

Rules have replaced laws and politicians had passed the buck on legislation to courts.

Exactly! Same with racism. They don’t want the issue to end. They need it to maintain power

If true. The charges aren't bogus. He probably shouldn't be charged with it, just to keep the peace, but the charges themselves aren't bogus. He definitely kept huge #s of top secret docs and had numerous chances to return them for a get out of jail free card. He definitely did it, but he shouldn't be charged.

If Trump should be charged, then:

-Hillbag should've been charged with obstruction over deleting 33,000 emails and bleachbitting the servers
- Pence should be charged with having documents he had no business with as Vice President in his residence
- Biden should be charged with having documents he had no business with as Senator and then Vice President in his residence.

Not to mention Biden's bribery schemes coming to light. The FBI form is nothing. The committee has followed the money. They have the receipts.

Please show where DeSantis is a RINO.

I'll rally around Trump where it's valid. He crapped his own bed with mistakes and misstatements, or just Trump being Trump, with this Florida situation. Is it fair right now? No. Should he be found guilty if he is? Absolutely. Should Biden be found guilty if he is? Yes, but as of right now, I have no hope of that occurring, and I'm pretty certain that will be the final straw of the country.

Trump cannot win the general. The indictments on top of Trump being Trump is too much for fairweather Republican voters and moderates. If you show me a valid path to 280 for Trump and I'll be on board. There isn't one. There is only a hope and a dream, and there is yet to be a plan.

With these truths, Trump should be rallied around when valid, but RDS should be the nominee, and pardon Trump once in office.

DeSantis doesn't have a chance in hell at winning. What you posted sounds like RINO nonsense. What they are doing to Trump they will do to DeSantis. I'm not going to support any so called Republican that wants to take advantaged of that.

I thought it was funny when you were praising Peter Paul Montgomery Buttigieg and Nikki Haley. Let's not pretend Trump lost by a lot in 2020. If not for Covid 19 and mail ballots he would have won. No other Republican has a dedicated base like him. I suggest the Republicans rally around him now or lose again. But closet Democrats and RINOS know that.

Buttigieg? Ummmm no.

I said Nikki Haley executed the Trump administration’s vision in the UN very well. I also said she’d make a great VP for him and moreover, she’d help with softening up Suburban women. I also said, I could vote for her, in a vacuum.

Again, you guys are demanding everyone bend the knee. You should know by now, I don’t bend the knee. You’re effectively using the same tactic of demanding submission as the Progressive left. It only strengthens my resolve in opposition when someone demands my submission. Most Republicans are that way. Earn my vote, don’t demand it.

So many people ready to give up on Trump. Shameful. This is exactly why they are doing this stuff to him. It’s a color revolution. They want American people to give up.

I don't give a **** who you vote for. If you want to support a RINO or pretend Trump really did something wrong other than take on the establishment then knock yourself out. Just stop pretending you are not rooting for the establishment. Nikki Haley isn't winning ****. She won't even win South Carolina. So it's not about bending the knee. It's about understanding half the American people are pissed and a RINO or anyone supported by the establishment isn't going to make them happy. This is a great opportunity to fly a great big middle finger at them or people can keep repeating the same Never Trump ******** and enjoy living under CCP and Globalist control.

Ballot harvesting from COVID-19. You are repeating Lincoln Project Talking Points. Get it together. No one man with that much responsibility will be perfect all the time. Anyone who has had a lot of responsibility understands that.

Trump is the most liberal Republican nomination we've had since Reagan at least.

You mean populist that tries to serve all Americans. If you want hard core conservatism do it locally. Not everyone else will accept it. Trump has defended conservatives more than any recent President. They are the minority.

Have the had the election yet? Then if you're already picked who you have voted for without knowing who all is going to run then you're the close minded dumbass. I'm open to Dems or Reps...definition of not being close minded like Trumpers.

And I've said on here that I voted for Biden in 2020, because he wasn't Trump. I had to hold my nose doing it, but...

You either just like acronyms, because they are simple like you, or you don't know what RINO means. Trump is not a traditional Republican. He's one in name only. Its not even subjective.

Both Dems because not Trump. Held my nose both times, but I refuse to vote for that scumbag.

I supposed you voted for Trump's arch enemies...that RINO, Romney, and traitor, McCain, before you started fellating Trump?

As I said before I never voted while on Active Duty. It made things easier not to be involved or attached to candidates. You voted for Biden. The worst President ever. Maybe you should probably just STFU already. Horrible judgment at best.

How intellectually dishonest. Let me help you. You would've voted Republican, because you don't have another choice...because guns, gays and brown people. So, you would've voted McCain and said he was a loyal veteran, until Trump called him a traitor and so would you. Then you would've voted Romney, and then said he was great until Trump told you differently. Talk about a sheep.

I don't have a problem with brown people or gays. Just groomers of children and illegal aliens regardless of skin color. I wouldn't have voted for Joe Biden if he had been awarded the Medal of Honor. It's only a matter of time before he claims he served and was nominated.

Good point. Makes sense to based your vote on a fraction of a percent of the population, and there are as many groomers that are Rep as Dem. That is a stupid reason to based a vote of any kind. Its a non-issue.

I'm just as sick of all the Trans crap as anyone. Mostly because its 3% of the population if that. No reason to make rules and such a fuss over such a small percentage of the population. Same goes for "groomers". If you think otherwise, you're just fooling yourself, which I'm sure is pretty easy.

You Trumpers just need a boogeyman, because you feed on fear...and McDonald's.
