It most likely will be on a trumped up obstructing charge, mis-handling the doc's or making different statements which will be twisted into being untruthful.
We both know this whole thing is a political witch hunt....the Dems are deathly afraid of Trump in 2024.
But....Trump should have been smarter.

It all boils down to Trump being Trump and not learning when to shut the fuc# up.

If he had learned to shut up more during his Presidency, he could have easily been re-elected and gone down as one of the greatest. His ego costs him time and time again.

That’s subjective. I disagree. His time in office prevented a situation much worse today had Hillary won. Example is to look at the SCOTUS. We would have Garland on it and possibly 2 other libtards.
That has nothing to do w/ Trump other than he happened to be the Rep in office at the time. Any Rep President would have had the same opportunity.

Personally, I'm fine w/ the court the way it is now. Haven't disagreed w/ much they have done, other than the abortion ruling, but that doesn't affect me or my family so I don't really care about it.

But if you're giving Trump that victory that means nothing other than he happened to be in office at the time.

The POTUS nominates the SCOTUS candidate who is then confirmed or dismissed. So yes, Trump gets the credit.

LOL. Any President would've put Conservatives in. If you think Trump came up w/ the list himself you're a moron. The Federalist Society told him what to do.

will be found guilty on several of the documents counts. What the *** was he thinking......he is almost as bad as President dumbass Joe.
We are in big trouble if we cannot find better Presidents than these two.
He's on tape admitting that he could have and didn't declassify them and his staffer saying that yeah now he has a problem. This dumbass had multiple return the docs and get out of jail free cards given to him, which he ignored.

His only defense is that but...but...but Biden and Hillary. He literally has no other defense.

Yes he consulted the Federalist Society and made the choice. So again, yes Trump made the nomination

Don't understand your disagreement with the abortion case . All they did was send it back to the states .

What’s your disagreement with it?

We have a process in this country to legislate. Rowe was a court ruling, not a legislative one. Do you disagree that it’s up to the state legislatures and congress to legislate? I mean, it’s the whole point and purpose behind a representative Government. Just because you don’t like the will of the elected majority, doesn’t mean that it should be circumvented.

I’m personally 100% ok with what the court did. They pushed it back on the legislature to actually do their jobs. States have the option of doing referendum votes and allowing the constituency to decide it if they don’t want to do their job. There is also a constitutional amendment route that could be pursued. It could be handled at the federal level. SCOTUS rightfully put it back on the people or the people’s representatives to decide. They recognized they weren’t the appropriate body to decide this issue.

Exactly. For or against abortions, it's up to the states to decide how they handle it .

Right. And not being a woman, I don’t really care either way. Abortion isn’t a voting issue for me. If it came to a referendum vote, I’d vote pro-life, but a candidates position on abortion isn’t a deciding factor for me.

Agree . I'm pro life , but not the issue I base my vote on .
I support any candidate that wants small central government.

Now is not the time to STFU. That's how we got here over the past several decades. Some of you need to get that through your thick skulls.

You want another war and more RINOS do you? You rally around him and defend him or you might as well be member of the New Democrat Party.

Please show where DeSantis is a RINO.

I'll rally around Trump where it's valid. He crapped his own bed with mistakes and misstatements, or just Trump being Trump, with this Florida situation. Is it fair right now? No. Should he be found guilty if he is? Absolutely. Should Biden be found guilty if he is? Yes, but as of right now, I have no hope of that occurring, and I'm pretty certain that will be the final straw of the country.

Trump cannot win the general. The indictments on top of Trump being Trump is too much for fairweather Republican voters and moderates. If you show me a valid path to 280 for Trump and I'll be on board. There isn't one. There is only a hope and a dream, and there is yet to be a plan.

With these truths, Trump should be rallied around when valid, but RDS should be the nominee, and pardon Trump once in office.

I don't mean to say I disagree with the way or why they decided what they did. I disagree w/ dismantling Roe v Wade, but I'm not a woman. So, at the end of the day its not a voting issue for me. It doesn't affect me personally.

The only decision the woman should have is to keep her legs closed or be willing to take on the responsibility of motherhood. In no way, besides rape, should abortion be a mothers choice to end life. My body my choice isn’t about your body. If it were your body your choice, you would die instead of the baby. The baby has no say in that decision

So what if there is a transcript. They make **** up. They misrepresent things. This has been standard operating procedure for years now when prosecutors want to take someone down. Nothing in the indictment has faced defense scrutiny at this point.

If true. The charges aren't bogus. He probably shouldn't be charged with it, just to keep the peace, but the charges themselves aren't bogus. He definitely kept huge #s of top secret docs and had numerous chances to return them for a get out of jail free card. He definitely did it, but he shouldn't be charged.

I agree with my body my choice.
A woman has many many choices when it comes to reproduction. Killing a baby should not be even considered. I'm all for abortion for rape, incest or life of a child or mother . If a woman is knowingly sleeping with close family they should get permanently fixed, both him and her .
