So you’re saying Robbinsville has no chance? Seeing both teams play, it’s definitely a uphill battle for Robbinsville but to say a team that well coached has no chance is ballsy.

I have always been told I had a big pair. But, that is not what I said in that post if you read it. It says that other people think that Robbinsville has a chance at the title.
What I will say is Robbinsville will not beat Mount Airy regardless of where they play which means that if they play each other and when Mount Airy wins, then Robbinsville will have no chance at a football title. I hope that spells it out and makes it a little clearer.

15 in reference to a player or titles?They is a bunch of MA fans that obviously thought MA would be 1 seed. Beardan71 just posted that it's BS and MA should be 1 seed based on undefeated regular season and being returning champions.
PS bearmod. I'd rather loss 3 miles from my house instead of 4 hours. We will gracefully head into wrestling season being a top 2 team in the state. Go for ANOTHER title on the Mats. We average a title ever 4.8 years in football. MA averages a title about ever 12 years. Long wait. If you think we will be up set about a fifth rd exit in a year most didn't expect a title your dumber than you sound.

Saw Murphy at Robbinsville in the playoffs two years ago and enjoyed the atmosphere. I even met @BK13T-$
I imagine that a low playoff seed for the number 1 team and defending state champs will do nothing more than add an extremely bitter taste in this teams mouth and will be added motivation for this group of young men. The west deff doesn’t want to see this team on a charter bus in their parking lot with a statement to make. Early prediction - Starmount puts two SMC teams out in the 2nd and 3rd rounds. Eastern Randolph puts one out and the Bears play either Eastern Randolph or Starmount In the Western Regional

Starmount better get better than what they have played to beat robbinsville or Murphy or Swain in my opinion. Mount airy admittedly didn't play that well and still a busted coverage and a pitch into the end zone was about all the Rams could muster. I'll throw ER in there too. They are as good or better than last year. I don't think Western regionals is a possibility for the Rams. I keep hearing all that but just didn't see it. We couldn't beat you this year I don't think there is anyway we could. But those smokey boys are gonna hit the QB as much as MA did. He did t like that at all. Better protect him him better he's a stud. Took a ton of punishment and kept going but yeah I think Murphy robbinsville Swain and ER will bring the hurt just as bad as MA did.
You know buzz I don't think my comment says that at all. I'm not sure what you're talking about. What I was saying was I don't think the Rams are going to make it to the Western regional final. Because I think robbinsville Murphy's Swain eastern Randolph and Mount Airy are all better. The only reason they scored on Mount Airy was because of a busted coverage in a pitching to the end zone. I'm trying to read back and see how that reads differently but it doesn't. You might need to get out the MA stud profile again you're starting to lose it like you did last.
Watching ER highlights I think the QB will be tougher to defend than last years version. He can run or throw it definitely more mobile. I say 2nd best team in the west
Biggest problem there is is they're missing Brooks and Cassidy. That's hard to replace. I'm pretty sure Mount Airy with 3 5 techs that are at minimum 62 at maximum 65 and all way north of 220 225 that all run 465 sub-40s won't have a problem with that. He'll just have to get hit a lot. From watching them it looks like that's what they do no matter what they pound the quarterback.
But you're right he is a better athlete and runs better. Not sure he throws better but he does run better. Although that big dude last year was a load till he got tired
Dude just because your a d-1 players doesn’t mean if affects how the whole team plays. Sure you should make an impact but that d-1 player didn’t cause the disruption himself. Robbinsville played against a kid from Rabun Gap that was 6-2 275lbs as a sophomore and he was solid muscle. He is being looked at by the very best colleges in the nation including Georgia and Alabama. He has received offers from both. If it wasn’t for the team around him, he would have been a non-factor. Mt Airy may very well be better defensively than Robbinsville/Murphy/Swain, but it will be because they are better as a unit not because of 1 player.
Starmount will continue you to improve the next couple of games. Their coach has a ton of big game experience. I think the rams are tough matchups for Murphy and swain . I also think the rams coaching staff out coaches the devils and dogs. After watching tape from Friday night I’m not so sure the knight’s make it to the bears. I think Thomasville, ER , and draughn more interesting matchups for the knights. Cutler is a great back, the hype is real and like buzz after hearing his interview I’m a fan. It’s gonna take more than cutler to beat a couple teams in the west. That’s not adding to the fodder between the bear fans and knight fans, that’s just what I see. Could be wrong, have been before.
This is in no way a shot at VT commit. Happy for the kid that he gets to continue his career at the collegiate level. Just saying if Mt Airy is better than any other team, it’ll be because they play better as a unit.
Oh I disagree. I think robbinsville is much tougher than the Rams right now. Coach Lloyd hasn't have time to get all that going. There was some straight up laying down against the bears. That's just a toughness thing. Those boys from robbinsville they going to hit you. That's what happens when the people go up there with all the athletes and think they're going to outspeed them to death. They get punched in the mouth repeatedly and it takes a toll. This robbinsville team looks like they have that. A lot of people think Murphy was the best team in that conference but robbinsville whip their tail. Physically. I'm sure that the Rams will get better. But the talent's not there right now. Definitely not there on the line. And that's where the boys from the SMC Excel. Now just like you I could be wrong. I hope nothing more than that the Rams have a great showing. I think they have the potential for a really good team. But something's got to click in the big games. Been a while since they showed up.
There’s way more to our team than 4. It just hasn’t been needed so far with the exception of RG. He ran for 200+ against Murphy and that’s been our closest game. We have 3 other backs that will be ready when their number is called. Our offensive line will be the biggest question mark. We will go as far as they take us. They are finally getting healthy but still missing one person due to injury. When he get on the field and they have the opportunity to mesh, it should continue to improve.

For some reason unknown he has a vendetta against the Rams. I've noticed it for quite some time. It's ok though. I understood it just like you did. No way any other team is attacking the QB like Mt Airy. That's foolish. Dandy by himself is a one man wrecking crew.
Take nothing away from Dandy, but remember Joyce on the other side (DE). He introduced himself to Tarboro in a really big way last year to Tarboro in the biggest game of the year. Then Reid, Gallimore and Number 12 at Linebacker. What speed are we talking about? When the thunderstorm comes, it is best to get to the house or your going to get wet.
Even if the game is at Robbinsville, I am really looking forward to that game.

I mean we can't stand starmount about as much as Mount Airy does. And probably elkin too. Just something about that attitude that we're going to be back. You know if they ever get a coach over there across the river you guys will fall back some. Hopefully they do and they get rid of the one they have now. I just don't think they're close. And yeah I think you'd be surprised at how well those boys get after the quarterback. We played them both they're pretty damn even.
I think they are as good as Mount Airy. Beat the same team by the same margin. Mount Airy will probably be healthier going into the playoffs. That's the benefit of that schedule and that conference. But the robbinsville boys they're battle tested just as good as Mount Airy. And they are tough as nails just like Mount Airy. Both of them might get beat hell I don't know. I just think it would be a great matchup.

i am sure he talking about East surry and the difference is we beat them by more and they didn’t score and we had our starters out at halftime. And the big difference is we were on the road not at home. So that comparison isn’t close. Now when we play Allegheny it will be a comparison.
Thought so! Robb beat ES at home 40-6 MA beat ES on road 49-0. Was 42-0 half and running clock with subs in start 2nd half. Robb beat Alleghany 35-7 MA will have running clock by half. MA just different animal for a 1A team.

Robbinsville averages 28.5 and gives up 13.2 & MA scores 55.2 a game gives up 2.6 a game. Robbinsville has scored 201 and given up 93 in 7 games. MA has scored 442 and given up 22 in 8 games. Both are pretty good. I Don't think Robb can score 70 in a game its just way your built. MA has seven kids can take to house in 1 play. #5 Fri night another VT commit had 5 carries and 5 TDs at one point. Our kicker who also plays D and O will put in EZ every KO and make all his xtra points. Looks like yall need a kicker. Yall just have no clue.....its coming soon
