Anyone watch that DC Gran Prix yesterday? I was thinking about going down for it but it was a round number anniversary and while my wife would have done it to please me I didn’t want to put her through it. I watched a bit on TV. Where the cars made that hard left past the National Archives is a couple hundred yards due south of my offices.

Just saw where the Cardinals did something called a pre agreement with a 15 year old Cuban kid where he gets 1.9 mil. I can't fathom a 15 year old getting almost 2 mil.

Cool and clear morning — it has been fall-like in the east at least early for the past ten days. Ideal for my morning runs.

Back to commuting downtown for the first time in ten days. I’m reminded why it sucks. You all have a good one.
