I haven't followed his every word like you so I don't know all of his statements, maybe he did. He didn't wait until there was a million cases and then say they work. Masks and social distancing are helpful, they don't "work". Only a PAPR or SCBA "works". It probably didn't help that Trump wasn't on board with masks, still isn't.

You are still avoiding to say Fauci was WRONG for not suggesting masks in March. It's pretty easy to rationalize: 500 cases wearing masks or 1 million cases and wearing masks. Which would have been more logical?

Do you think that would have been a good idea? You would have welcomed Fauci telling every American to wear a mask in early March? even when there may have not been a positive case yet in your state?

You are not understanding me. Everyone is saying "listen to Fauci". Well, back in March when the numbers were in the HUNDREDS, he didn't seem to sing the tune of "wear the mask to protect everyone else". Why is that? Did he not know how it could explode? If not, then he's a retard. If so, then why did he wait until MILLIONS test positive to say "wear a mask"? Why should we listen to someone who evidently did not have a clue at the beginning of this, or doesn't have a clue now.....which is it? He's flipped flopped on almost everything since March.

Couldn't be that his company is now leading in the development of a vaccine and he's going to make a LOT OF MONEY because so many people have it now, could it?

You don't really care what the answer is so why are you asking?

Some people (won't mention any names) will "believe the science" if it is told to them because they failed to learn it when they were in school.

Just a suggestion... find a college biology textbook and start there (if you were educated enough to be able to read and understand it). Otherwise, just continue to come here, there are enough people on here who can keep you straight.

Still not willing to answer......says it all. Have a good day.
You're looking for the Fauci mind reader. I'm not him. Like I've said before, read the books after they're written or interview Fauci yourself soon.

I'm not asking you to be a mind reader. Just saying, if he says masks are important NOW, then why didn't he say that THEN? Logical.

You're asking me about his behavior, his thinking. The best person to ask would be him, send him a letter or something.

So, if you don't understand his behavior or his reasoning, then why do you trust him?
I trust everyone until they give me a reason not to. Fauci has a long track record and has worked for many administrations. He's never had a problem until he ran up against the biggest lying POS ever born. Trump doesn't like the message so it's time to shoot the messenger. You all are willing and loyal recruits and are doing what is asked of you which is character assassinate him everywhere you go. I will vouch for you (and others), you're giving good effort.

The problem is Moe that he has given reason not to trust him. You're just refusing to see it because of your Trump hatred. You see it as a Faucci v. Trump thing and that's not the bigger picture.

You say that you trust him because he's been a doctor a long time (I infer that) and has worked across many administrations. That's fine... many people feel the same. They refer to authority without question.

Suppose you go to the doctor and he tells you you have cancer. You accept it because he's the expert. He then recommends a series of treatments, many of which are harsh and create more hazards on your health.

Only later, do you find out you didn't have cancer at all. The doctor was wrong and the treatments caused irreparable harm. By the time you found out you couldn't trust him its too late. But you instead blame your neighbor who recommended him.

Same here with Faucci. He's not in a position where he can be wrong. Trump can be (and lie about it) because he has no power over the virus. Faucci's been wrong, Trump has both ignored and followed his suggestions, as have the American people.

Comparing wearing a mask to having cancer, sounds good. Wear a mask and social distance.

Your lack of higher thinking skills has failed you again.

I'll simply it for you even more. First, it was you don't need a mask. Then, it was you do. Then it was masks don't work. Then it was they do.

The truth is, the only thing that is 100% effective against catching the virus is a complete and total social distancing from everyone. This is impossible!!

That's all you need to know. The virus will be out there no matter whether people wear masks or not, because masks aren't fail safe. Some will catch it, some will die. Most will not.

I am confused. I never could understand why someone would want to be willfully ignorant. So glad you're here to show me.

Actually I'm well informed and haven't had a problem with the situation since the beginning, just driving on.

Ask him. Perhaps because we were pre-"beginning of pandemics". Obviously asking everyone to wear a mask before many cases had been diagnosed would have been about as popular as asking so many businesses to shut down was. Books will be written about this and I would expect that you will read every one of them based on your interest in the subject matter.
Lmao. Bump.
