So where do the 2 wins come from?

So glad you can speak for the PROS you know the ones who actually play the game by saying that if we somehow get to 6-6 after all they went through this season a low tier bowl is the same as no bowl. Disappointed from pre season expectations is more than fair but the season has a life of its own and if the salvage two wins against the odds they have faced that to me would be a positive.

Since everyone seems so sure there aren't 2 wins left I will go contra and say we get em. Where? When? no idea. But it could happen and it WON'T happen if the team gives up. So, as a fan, I am not giving up. Much easier for me.
I’m with you. I don’t feel like it’s impossible. Whether it happens or not who knows. Don’t expect a win this week against USC though.

It's impossible to think that the teams left on our schedule will not see film of RU's lack of a pass rush and weakness at linebacker.

I'm sure of one win
Rutgers - East will beat RU-W (USC) on Friday
Minny, the Turtles and MSU are tossups
Right now the win Lean should be in the Gophers favor after winning their last two games.
How they play Maryland will be an indication of Rutgers chances to beat them
The tortoises took a close on over RU-W after losing their previous 2 games.
So the Minnesota game should give us an idea of how we stand against Touché
The Fighting Illini will be a tough one to win.
Sparty beating the corn dogs makes them look like trouble, but for now MSU should be considered an even game .
Though game being played in their house might give them the edge, based on today and that could change in Rutgers favor before Nob.3o comes around.

My usual optimistic outlook , for the rest of season, has left me after the teddy bears left the SHI winners
If Rutgers makes it rain in Southern California hard enough, optimism probably will be my friend again

It looks like those 2 Minny and MSU, are our best shot now

Sorry but you might be smoking crack. This defense is swiss cheese. A one win UCLA QB looked like a heisman trophy winner.
So true IMO.
We have not found replacements for Lewis and Bailey at DE. That, along with hardly any blitzing, has led to zero pass rush.
And we have found no adequate replacements for Toure and Powell at linebacker. That has turned our defense into, as you say, swiss cheese.

Minn has a top 10 defense so while our O has looked better the past couple weeks it was against weaker defenses.

They have a pick 6 and another INT in this Maryland game and held USC to 17 but they were/are at home for both games.

I think it’ll be a challenge for our offense compared to the last couple weeks but it’s at home at least.

Yeah...playing at home did wonders for RU vs. Wisconsin.

Minny beat MD and MD is not that bad. We are bad. Really bad. Worse yet, the coaches are now consulting "Football for Dummies" to try to figure out if there is any fix. We are on our way to 0-8 to finish the season.

We won’t lose out, there’s no way. If you’re saying only 1 more win, I could see that, but “ofer “?? No I don’t see that.

I think there’s going to be some personal and scheme evaluation on D this week.

After the decent start I had high hopes to continue winning.Don't think we are going bowling any longer.Too bad because our players deserve to be better coached and less injured.Neither of which are likely to happen.-FB is a very difficult game to play if too many things go wrong. An eleven man O NEEDS EVERYONE TO DO THEIR job at the same time as does the eleven man D.When that is not happening we lose.Wish it were other wise but it is not..I feel that it is going to be extremely hard to get to five wins let alone the six that we need.Uesterday I watched Nebraska /OSU. Was rooting for the Huskers. But they lost. Didn't care one bit. When we lose it is unpleasant however.Solution?Dont lose or start winning.I would prefer the latter but do not think that it is going to happen. Four to go and very hard to see any Ws in the mixI really believed that we were going to be 10-2 and bowl bound

I didn’t think 10 wins, but 8, if healthy and with 7 being pessimistic. Now, realistic, with injuries, I still think 6.

Remaining games are equally winnable and loseable.

In order, best chances of wins are Maryland, Minnesota, Illinois, Michigan State.
just 2, any two ,would be good
3 would be great
All four might be out of reach, but my hope springs eternal 😁

1 or less will mean a long-long and even longer off season on this board and a totally disappointing season , in my opinion😡🤬

If you go down on the floor, turn on the flashlight on your cell, and look under your couch then you may find some loose change or a missing kid’s toy, but you won’t find 2 wins under there. Same goes for Greg’s couch, he doesn’t have two wins under his couch either.
