I dont know. Maybe actually coach up the players?

He's the one who everyone says is an offensive genius - best coach on staff.
Highest paid RU assistant ever

Well if the OL won't block for a damn, there isn't much he can do.

Blazek has been the constant on the offensive side of the ball during the Ash Era and the OL has never looked better than dismal at best. Not one OL has actually progressed under his watch.

Got it.
So McNulty isnt that good then.

Mayne we should replace him with a OC who could coach up the players and show some inprovement then.

DM had a better offense than McNulty by all statistical measures.

Guess hes not that good of a coach if he cant adjust his scheme to the players he have. All he has done was force an XXL round peg into a small round hole all year.

That's BS too.. his HAND is on the hashmark when the ball hits.. not his elbow or wrist.. why would you say that when a simple freezeframe says different?
..
correct hand to elbow..that would reflect that if he had possession and was out of bounds.. the ball would be a dead ball at that mark..and not fumbling backwards then out of bounds..

A lot of the team doesn't like him. He plays favorites no matter the results (as you can tell), and his "pro-style" offense is seen as old fashioned and boring.

Can we get out of this hole? Need to move the ball and, at least, flip the field. Three and out will be a killer.
