I actually cannot believe it. This league is a joke !!! The refs forgot the rules of football? The ground can all of a sudden cause a fumble? I don’t understand

Should've been a first down, then enforce the dead ball personal foul. At least it's first and 10 with a chance to get back to FG range.

Complete hose job.

That was just a weird play and result.

Wish they had some more angles to see when/where ball went out of bounds.

Yep, it was a first down and there's no way they should've called a penalty there. It's crunch time in a close game and the refs should not insert themselves into the game like that. Let it go - nobody got hurt and he just yelled at a very emotional play after giving up his body completely (unless he dropped an f-bomb).

We had a makeable FG attempt without Gio unsportsmanlike conduct penalty.

How is Gio an upgrade for RU?

Predict white hat calls holding at least once now (was wrong but its not like he had a chance to deny a 1st down or TD)

Looks like we were playing for a FG. At least he made it. It might be enough given how poor MSU looks on offense.
