It sounded to me like the woman was trying to say Knicks because she doesnt know her sports teams and tried to correct it by saying Lakers and got tongue tied. Of course, some people will want her drawn and quarterded anyway.
You don’t change your logo (and branding) into perpetuity just because someone dies.Wow. You can’t be serious.
She claimed via Twitter that she "stuttered When saying Knicks and Lakers and it came out nakers" . If we're honest with ourselves, and don't go straight to offended, that rings true. Nobody on MSNBC is gonna intentionally drop the bomb of all bombs. The broadcaster reference that he played for the Los Angeles N*ggers, er Lakers.
Yeah...Kobe was just someone. You don’t change your logo (and branding) into perpetuity just because someone dies.
She’d have a better chance of bouncing back from beating an infant with a baseball bat, than to accidentally dropping the n word.Agreed. Here it is if folks wanna judge for themselves (but warning, NSFW language). Either way, I'm pretty sure she just wrecked her career.
Lets not get off track. There's no need to talk about past indiscretions. No need to fight over, and Im not saying anyone is, but there is no need to fight over what that reporter said. We are talking about 9 people, Kobe Bryant included, that lost their lives in a tragic accident.

When the guy that (tragically) dies is more well known and better than your logo then you at least think about it.You don’t change your logo (and branding) into perpetuity just because someone dies.
It was. People are completely lashing out at this woman and it’s morbidly disgusting. Now that I listened a couple more times it kind of sounds like a cross between Knicks and Lakers...
I rail on Goodman a lot. But good for him for saying this.
is that true? our society (and culture) is disintegrating, it seems......It’s pretty damn sad that TMZ reported it before the family knew about it .

I assumed if Matt Jones retweeted it, it must be true but I found out quickly there was doubt in a lot of other places. Now there are memorials and crowds in several sites. It’s pretty damn sad that TMZ reported it before the family knew about it .
The footage I’ve seen even of the crash was a big area of smoke and ash. Nothing resembling a copter or anyone aboard. Not much there to read. Looked up the ADS-B data and it shows major fluctuations in their descent rate before impact at nearly 5000 ft per minute. That would suggest they were attempting to auto rotate which in turn shows an engine failure/malfunction. At the rate of impact, they didnt feel a thing. That's not survivable.

I thought she said Nickers, I believe her that she melded the words. We’ve all talked faster than our brains can process at times. She’ll be ostracized and possibly ruined over the error, that’s the world we live in today.
She’s done, I’m sure she’s white at least by her dialect so yea Twitter blue checks will be all over this.

Google said it was Alison Morris that said it, I’m not sure.[winking]Wow. I think her name is Whitey McWhiterson.

Who gives a damn about someone miss speaking. Post it thenApparently this really happened.
I'm wondering if Big Ben would get the same treatment as Kobe regarding past indiscretions? His accomplishments are much more visible and his presence on the court was undeniable. But, his views toward women like that just don't all of a sudden appear. I hate that he died along with his daughter and he did die young, but to glorify it like this makes it appear that all the other stuff was just brushed under the rug and forgotten is so much disrespect to women all over. Just my opinion on the matter.
Lol. That's your opinion and you're in the minority. You're probably the only person in the world who thinks that.Kobe was a really, really good basketball player, but really no more than that, and even as that, he's not quite on the Jordan/Magic/Bird/LeBron level, he's a tier below. .
