He told my nephew (former Stanford player) the same thing. But he is young and kids change their mind a lot.

Nothing wrong with waiting and seeing. But I've been told repeatedly by two Stanford alums I trust that he has had already told the coaching staff he isn't interested in transferring. Apparently he recognizes how many doors that Stanford education will open for him once pro ball is done (and he's not likely to have much of an NBA career.)

If we can get him we need to do it no matter who leaves or stays. Even if everybody comes back which they will not. We can use him and that is all that matters. It will be a good use of a scholarship for one season.

I'm not saying he's not staying, but seeing as how the possible transfer would be contingent on us needing him should one or more of our guys not come back, it would be smart of him to say he is happy where he is until and IF he faces the choice. Sort of like Cal did when they asked him at the airport if he was coming to UK.

Another thread where Bigjoecatfan is starting arguments and trolling. Its getting really old, really fast.

As far as Travis... I bet he'd look really hard at transferring if enough of our bigs stay in the draft and Cal tells him he really needs him at UK.

MJ was hinting that we would get him if we lose 2 of Vanderbilt, Gabriel and Washington. He did the "I'm not saying, I'm just saying." thing the other day. Didn't wanna say his name, but said everyone knows who it is.

Dude averaged almost 20 and 9 at Stanford and couldn’t even get an invite to the NBA combine. Of course he’s staying put. Business decisions, duh.

There really isn’t any salacious story. From everything I have heard, he really likes Stanford and plans to stay— presuming he isn’t in the league.

Like you I’ve only heard our local guys say he’s coming while the national media says he’s not so I really don’t know who is right.

Travis is doing workouts for NBA teams, and the family has discussed playing overseas as well. If he returns to college, he won't finish at Stanford, set to graduate and Duke was discussed but he's weary of how he'd be used and lack of touches, and Kentucky was mentioned as an option but very premature to say it's a "done deal" or lead fans on like some UK media has done.

I doubt he gets anymore touches at UK than Stanford. We will see though.

I haven’t heard what the locals guys have said - - but have read about it here.
I haven’t heard anything nationally regarding Reid. I am surprised to hear it is being discussed, tbh.

Can't take the hint you're the most hated poster on the board. Glad you paid for the protection plan this time
Oh no Runt, excuse me why I go cry a river. I am guessing when Rupps runts were really in action, you were begging your mom for money to get into the gym to watch them play.

If not Travis then who? Does UK expect two of the three back?
