-12 year workmanship warranty, 25 year system warranty. Will remove panels free of charge if roof needs to be replaced within 5 yrs
-No money down, no payments for 1 year, various financing options after that
-Area reports indicating that homes in my neck of the woods are appraising at +4% with solar
Only thing I’m hung up on now is that if we were to move in 5-7 years, this whole plan only makes sense IF a buyer is willing to take over remaining payments. If not, there’s just no way to make the numbers work
