This whole freaking impeachment push is a freaking joke! It is a shame. No honest student of history or the constitution could ever believe what is happening to Trump is acceptable. Only a ideologue could think so. Disgusting!
Op is definitely of sound mind and body.
Jesus H...I hope this isn't really Coach Venables.

What a moronic statement. Mods please zap/move this post.

I was thinking this was applachatiger, then I realized that the sentences were actually understandable.
Still not seeing how thinking the President broke the law equates to sucking ***, but it's probably better than trying to start a shooting war to distract from impeachment.
So do you think both sides are absolutely embarrassing and horrible but the Democrats are worse? I'm ok if someone believes that. If not that at the very least you're unhinged too. I don't know you so I'm just guessing.
Op is definitely of sound mind and body.

I'm not the poster, but my read was that he was just commenting on the effort to Impeach the POTUS. No mention of party. Do you think it's a sham?
However the the fact is that the effort is unquestionably partisan.. the Democrat party has to own it as theirs. Why not, if it's a good thing?
The whole thing is a joke but to suggest the Democrats are doing anything different than what the Republicans would've done if Obama did 1% of what Trump has done is just stupid. Trump to this point has done more than enough to be removed from office. The dude has been a career criminal and immoral human being his entire life. He's not a Christian and never had been which is his right. He's never pretended to be a good person and I respect his honesty in that respect. He's a horrible human being and he's been that way consistently in both his business and personal life and he's never tried to pretend he hasn't been all that. This is all all week documented and if you believe otherwise then shame on you.
The big problem is his accusers are horrible as well. So all of them are a bunch of crooks.
You have brought so much irrelevant stuff and emotion into this that I really don't know where to start without being pejorative.
The Repubs aren't impeaching the POTUS, so to talk about some hypothetical is absurd... however I will point out
Immoral? What does that have do do with his performance as the CEO of the US? Not a Christian? Says you speaking for Jesus, I guess... So that impacts his record as POTUS how? Personal life? How is that relevant any more than your personal life is relevant to your job performance?
I'd ask that you stop for a second and think. Time for pragmatism.
But barring that, who on the democrat side has the moral high ground?
I probably was pejorative. But I am asking good questions of you. Consider them.
CEO of the US? There's your problem. President isn't a CEO, and the country isn't a business. And shouldn't be run like one.

He's just making a bunch of excuses. I think I was very clear on my statements. Like I said, Trump never pretended to be any of those things so I don't really blame him but these folks trying to pretend like he isn't a criminal makes me laugh. Bloomberg and those other criminals problems were they were also criminals coming after Trump.
I stated something similar in my original post and he proceeds to ask me which Democrat had the moral high ground. I clearly said they were bad just like him. In his haste to defend his King his ability to read was impacted I guess. I'll be happy when this regretful period in our nation's history comes to an end. Both sides have embarrassed themselves a number of different ways. I just love watching the people pretend this isn't the case. And believe me I understand politics. Problem is I haven't heard many discussions focused on policy. It's just a bunch of extremely horrible and corrupt people yelling at each other and their followers defending then right down party lines. It's sad. A lot of good people embarrassing themselves by picking sides. I wish we could somehow impeach them all.
Honestly if you vote for a liberal you are anti American.

Not even close. Watching a wannabe strongman who ***** on the constitution daily is about the most anti-American thing I can imagine.
LOLOL. @TigerLion06
Don't talk past me. Talk to me. I'm right here, you " Lion" you.
I'm not making any excuses. I asked questions that you didn't answer and now you are talking about me to some other person who will validate your worldview and give you a e-hug. Lol.
Just in case you forgot my questions that you never answered...
What does that have do do with his performance as the CEO of the US? Not a Christian? Says you speaking for Jesus, I guess... So that impacts his record as POTUS how? Personal life? How is that relevant any more than your personal life is relevant to your job performance?
Why no answers to my questions? Too hard to answer? Ok here are a few more...
What about you? Have you ever done anything immoral? Any sexual immorality? What is immoral? Porn? Sodomy? IF you are married, did you marry an "immoral" woman? Has that impacted your job performance? Should your version of morality apply to me? Is that annotated anywhere in the Constitution?
C'mon. Don't hide. Be a "Lion"!
While you're doing your best to ignore the obvious it's apparent you're not as stupid as you're trying to convince us you are. You're smart enough to come up with these dumb *** questions that don't address what I've said. Everything I've said about him is documented and if you weren't too busy making excuses you'd see I said I don't blame him for anything he's been his entire life and he's never pretended to be anything different.
Being a Christian used to matter when electing the president. Not having the openly grossly immoral background or image used to matter when running for president. Being married only once and although we've seen womanizers elected in the past, his behavior in that area is unprecedented. He was a horrible slum lord and basically robbed many small business people with popular unethical tactics that have made many others rich, not just him. Multiple bankruptcies. Many secrets. Constantly trying to suppress info that would usually make people like you ask what are you hiding. If you're interested why are you acting guilty. But I'm sure you have another excuse.
Again.....
Trump was not planning on being a politician so he never tried to live some fake public life to convince people he was all the things that usually get people elected. Like I said, many of his accusers have done bad things and are horrible people themselves so they are just as bad. What's sad are people like you trying to play dumb and pretend like he isn't all the things I mentioned and more. You're making yourself look stupid. You are worse than Trump. I said clearly both sides are horrible and they are embarrassing us citizens. I'll be glad when this period is over. But go ahead and tell me none of those things about Trump are true and ask for proof that you yourself are probably already aware of or can easily Google.
What??? Are the Dems trying to impeach Dabo???
C'mon "Lion" Not only are you avoiding questions directly driven by your statements and claims to the moral high ground, but now you are putting words into my mouth. I normally would get angry, but for you, it's not worth it.
You can't /won't answer questions about your morality and yet you want to be Jesus on earth and judge others. Got it.
You actually say a bunch of things that I could agree with, but it's all jumbled up into some thing that is impossible to follow. And yes I'm not stupid. If I appear that way.. I'd suggest looking in the mirror.
But here is the bottom line.. since you can't /won't answer anything. You are probably immoral. Calling Trump immoral. Ok. So we are all immoral beings.
See, I don't really care about any of that. I just care about our Republic and those things that the Federal Government should be concerned about. Stock market is up. Illegal Mexicans and other illegals.. down. Foreign countries contributing to their own defense... up. Terrorists dead.. up. Unemployment .. down.
Success to me.
I'd still like you to address the simple questions that I asked you. But I understand totally if you do not.
Have you ever done anything immoral? Any sexual immorality? What is immoral? Porn? Sodomy? IF you are married, did you marry an "immoral" woman? Has that impacted your job performance? Should your version of morality apply to me? Is that annotated anywhere in the Constitution?
What Immorality have do do with his performance as the CEO of the US? Not a Christian? How does that impact his record or ability to be POTUS? Personal life? How is that relevant any more than your personal life is relevant to your job performance?

Back to OP’s original statement and aside from the nuclear holocaust that has ensued...
I’d feel better about having the high moral ground if we (Republicans) had not impeached Clinton after cornering him into making grey area statements under oath about his receiving some extra curricular benefits in the Oval Office. I don’t condone it and believe that it degraded the office, but what did we think was going to happen when we impeached a president over an argument on whether a BJ is sexual relations or not?
Just trying to follow... so you think that killing of a leader of a terrorist organization responsible for killing and maiming of US service members, inciting violence throughout the region, and (probably purely by coincidence) was in Iraq during the assault on our embassy ... was simply a matter of politics?
If you do, I'd suggest that you consider an alternative view... that maybe this type of action to protect american interests is what needs to be done as opposed to the appeasement of the previous administration.
