I've tried Buffalo Trace. Just not the ER. You try ER yet?

A statement piece for any serious collection, the Double Eagle Very Rare 20 Year Old Bourbon from Eagle Rare is perhaps the most decadent andOne of the Hy-Vee stores in Omaha had 4 cases of Buffalo trace week before Thanksgiving went there on Saturday after thanksgiving and they were all sold out..![]()
I was walking around atl airport during a layover and they have 60+ bottles of blantons .. were charging 130 a bottle.Only 90. Anything Blantons or Buffalo Trace are impossible to find in Lincoln.

Eagle Rare/Blantons tie
EH Taylor small Batch
Better cheap options
Russel Reserve 10yr
Wild Turkey 101
High West Double rye
Sazerac is damn good stuff...I hear sazerac 18 is Devine
Sorry man. All that stuff is common here. Blantons can be a little difficult sometimes, but the rest is easy to get. I dont really drink BT very much anymore. I keep a full bottle on display in my bar though.

You’re a bad influence. Now I’ve got to go pour myself a little Blanton’s.
I just hope my Eagle Rare shows up before I finish my Blanton's gold. You’re a bad influence. Now I’ve got to go pour myself a little Blanton’s.

I was gonna but decided to buy a brand new truck. Fvcking crazy price. Thanks HBK.. you’re giving me that as a stocking stuffer!
Neat sometimes otherwise over a single large cube preferably filtered before frozen. I bought some square cube molds online from Buffalo Trace. The round ones are easier. I was at a dinner party one time where the guy had a machine that would instantly freeze a cube. I think it used liquid nitrogen.Question for all the bourbon drinkers on here. How do you drink your bourbon? Straight. No ice. Mix with something? Blasphemy. Manhattan, Old fashioned? I like on the rocks. Pour over glass of ice. Then drink as the Ice melts it dilutes it.

That's me. I prefer beer. But later in the evening I might pour me a 1/4 shot. Just sip it. Enjoying all the flavors. Sometimes I use a Glencairn glass. I have to be in the mood. I've got nice rocks glasses. Those are for someone else besides me.Neat, no glass required.
A buddy gave me a bottle of Blantons last night for Christmas. I’m not sure he had planned on that but I gave he and his wife a 7lb whole tenderloin. I’m starting to feel like a Bourbon horder.I was gonna but decided to buy a brand new truck. Fvcking crazy price.
Nothing wrong with that. They improve with age.A buddy gave me a bottle of Blantons last night for Christmas. I’m not sure he had planned on that but I gave he and his wife a 7lb whole tenderloin. I’m starting to feel like a Bourbon horder.
No they don't. Liquor doesn't age once it's bottled, unlike wine.Nothing wrong with that. They improve with age.
