This is a good D-2 team but UK should still be up by 20. The Cats have some work to do, especially defensively, to round into a solid team but they’ll get there. No worries.
This is pathetic. Heck Kentucky's NIT team won their exhibition games by an average of 39 points.

1. IUP is playing hella hard right now. They are playing this to win like its the 2nd weekend of the tournament.
2. Once again, we think freshman are invincible. Some of our freshman will be back next year. Heck maybe even a sophomore. This team is not going to lose 8 players to a 60-man draft.
I hope so. Like I said. Just want to see them destroy somebody. And this little upstart is hanging around waaay too much.

This team needs to just do their job. What's your position? Just do that. Don't do more. Don't play out of position. Do the small things.
They're playing the game of their lives. Hitting everything. Guarantee they don't hit half of these shots in a normal game, but it's Kentucky and they're playing like it's a title game.

Absolutely do. Playing sloppy yes. That happens. I bet we win by 20-25. We didn’t struggle. These players know we have Duke in 3 days. They are coasting through this game. Definitely not some reason to panic and be negative toward our team.
I watch a lot of MAAC games. Manhattan alumni, Iona friends, lived near Siena and the MAAC tournament was practically walking distance from my apartment.
IUP could be in the MAAC. Certainly their performance tonight. They actually remind me of some of Steve Mas' earlier Jasper teams.
Now, I know that isn't great either.. Barely beating a MAAC team.. But it's worth something. Don't let the opponent fool you.. Especially when we don't get the Duke whistle.
