I have no problem with the source but with the conclusion that he lied. He testified as to the actual rate based upon the known numbers. It was his ESTIMATE that there were far more uncounted cases so he guessed the rate was lower. People wouldn't have to twist and draw unfounded conclusions if they were not on a witch hunt.
