All investigations start with validation of your evidence. Now remind us how all this got started.
I assume that's in the FISA warrants. Neither of us have access to those, and, even if we did, we would not be at liberty to talk about them here.

What did I whiff on? You asked where things were, and I quoted them to you. You asked why certain things weren't investigated, and I provided answers and references to back up my answers. If you don't like my answers, fine by me. To claim that I'm dodging questions is inaccurate.

I went back through the last few exchanges we had in the thread and I didn't read your answers to the following direct questions.

I thought he was charged to investigate ALL Russian attempts to influence or interfere in the election mule?

@mule_eer ? What's your comment on this?

Dr.Darrell Scott

Nunes: "Hillary's campaign met with Russians more than Trumps did"
Mueller: "No Comment"

Was Trump running against himself mule? So the Russians were interfering only in his campaign? Mueller didn't care if they tried to mess up Hillary's campaign too

If the Russians attempted to "interfere" in the election, why was only one side looked at? Trump won. Why wouldn't Mueller be interested if the Russians tried to help Hillary win? She was part of the election too was she not?

If Mueller was investigating any potential criminal activity related to the election why would he not look over on the Democrat side? What are they "crime free"?

Explain.

What evidence did he detail that was examined? I didn't read in there who he determined actually hacked that Democrat server or how he reached that determination. Did you?

My question was why didn't Mueller investigate her or the Dems? They were part of the election too, why were they exempt from his probe of Russian attempts to influence the election?

To claim that I'm dodging questions is inaccurate.

He said that it wasn't part of his purview. You can disagree with him, but that's how he and the team went about the investigation. I suspect they had more information than you or I.
Was Manafort's indictment that he received more than $1 million by working with unnamed others to willfully submit false financial statements when applying for residential mortgage loans part of Mueller's investigation scope?

Go watch the testimony. The abuse of the FISA warrant process is only one part of several things now being investigated. Every time Mueller says I can't discuss that it means John Durham is investigating it.

Good Lord. Read the linked scope of the SC investigation. Does it make sense that a financial crime committed by a person related to the Trump campaign would be part of the scope? I think it does.

Isn't it possible that there was something unrelated to Steele that supported the investigation? Regardless, if the roots of the investigation are based on FISA docs, Mueller couldn't speak to them in open testimony.

So what was your answer as to why Mueller never even looked into the Russian's activities with the Democrats? I missed that answer.
I linked the DOJ document defining the scope of the investigation. I've linked it again for bornaneer a few posts ago in #286. It was specific to the Trump campaign. You don't need a SC to investigate "not the president".

When they do, do they always try to police the conversation? Seems odd.
Did I give you a citation? Read you your Miranda rights? I made an observation. My observation was that you resort to name calling a lot. I also noticed that the sky is blue and water is wet. Hopefully none of those observations have hurt your feelings too much.

I give you credit, but you are still trying to put lipstick on a pig.

With such a narrow scope according to Mule I am surprised that it took two years and 25 million dollars to complete the investigation. Inefficient. Sad

If Mueller was charged to investigate all potential Russian attempts to interfere in the election, I can't see how he could exclude any attempts on their part to interfere with the Democrat side? It is beyond comical you are trying to justify his probe into only the Trump campaign when clearly the Democrats and Hillary were not only part of the election, but also had extensive contacts with Russians themselves.

Why none of those contacts raised not even an eyebrow with Muller or his team of hungry investigators trying to get to the bottom of those Bolsheviks sneaky plans to mess up our election is curious, but the fact that he wasn't even remotely interested in what the Russians tried to do to Hillary or the Democrats is as laughable as it is unbelievable.

But you carry on Mule, as I said the Truth will all eventually come out on what this was all about. I hope you have enough courage to accept it all when it does.

Yes it was started by rouge federal employees in the Doj and Intelligence agencies aided by foreigners that are now under investigation by John Durham. All this is discussed throughout entire testimony. No longer a conspiracy theory when elected officials bring it up and Mueller says I can't comment because of ongoing investigations.

It took about a year for Mueller to get answers from Trump, several months of negotiations for a face-to-face interview, followed by some period of time (not clear in my memory) for him to receive answers to the written questions submitted to Trump.

After this clown show, President Trump should pardon everyone Mueller charged with crimes.

That's actually not a bad idea. This whole thing was just one giant scam.

It's not a conspiracy theory when an elected official brings it up? That's rich, and I think that's rich no matter which side of the aisle you are pointing to for that.

Like I said, not very efficient. Mueller was incompetent and couldn't get the job done. He proved that even further today with his bumbling and stumbling. He should have retired years ago, not very sharp anymore. Low energy.

You obviously haven't watch the testimony and figured it out. Fyi John Durham is not investigating cow tipping.

Again, all I can say is that you aren't reading the scope of the investigation. It's VERY clear in the linked document, section (b) (i) that the losing campaign did not fall into the the purview of the SC investigation. It couldn't be any more clear.

But Mueller got full cooperation from the WH. It's Mueller's fault that it took a year to get answers from the WH. That's how I'm reading your comment.

hey @mule_eer "No collusion" "No obstruction" and Mueller can't explain or remember enough from his own report to prove otherwise.

This was a disaster (his testimony) and while I admire your spin on it, @Pospecteer called it when he said you're just putting lipstick on a pig.

Ain't it pretty?

Care to point out what's wrong with my logic? I'm responding to a question about why Mueller didn't investigate HRC's possible interactions with the Russians. We can all quote Mueller by now on this, "It wasn't in my purview."

Mueller is a fraud now go watch the entire testimony. I know you haven't watched it yet because you're clearly talking out your butt.
