Lived there first semester freshman year ... that sucked.

[Cross Bones]

Ahh Tri Towers. Meeting someone from there and they may as well have lived in El Paso.

El Paso IL or TX?

I shouldn't even have to explain the joke.

Hooked up with a fetching lady from there. Once I found out she was from over by there I let my roommate pick up the phone for a few weeks.

To think I wanted to live there going in and instead ended up in Fell Hall. Had classes in the General Services building which was a brutal walk in winter.

Was that a party line phone?

The early 90s were a wild time.

[rink62221]

There may also be a East Side stream on NFHS. It has not started yet.

My Pico de Sauget

My vegetarian sausage cooks up nicely on the grill and satisfies the carnivore in me.

Wver go to 99 East Cherry? That was my apartment.

[Silver Rain]

MC up 7-0, start of second quarter.
Correction: 7-7, didn't take long.

7-7

What’s the gambletron over/under penalties?

It's possible I've been to most places on Cherry.

Was Linden the E/W dividing street?

EDIT: nm. that was a dumb question.

[PowerI66_]

Side judge on MC side BOOKIN it

[rink62221]

Caravan strikes first with a TD on its second possession. ESL responds with a long touchdown pass. They made the E-P. After the announcers have said multiple times the Flyers do not have a kicker. 7-7.

My girlfriend now wife lived at 116 W Cherry. Me, 105 W Willow. Great times.

Willow and Cherry were the places to be. I'm looking at a map and I'm remembering that Locust for some reason was always really quiet.

[crusader_of_90]

Was in a set-up situation today - great gal ... then my attention turned to the game ... she was not impressed and left.

So now I can focus on the game!

[rink62221]

Caravan scores. Mount Carmel has moved the ball on all three of its possessions scoring on the last two.

[Kevin JCHS 81]

I'm not very impressed with MC's OL pass protection, or should I say, I'm very impressed with ESL D line putting lots of pressure on the MC QB with a 3 (sometimes 4) man rush.

[crusader_of_90]

Spring 1992 .... we ruled the party scene. Cops told us after a shooting in our parking lot during the Rodney King weekend, that "this ain't happening next year."

There was a house at 104 W Willow that threw a beach party in the basement. They dumped about 3 inches of sand on the floor through the window well. Can’t imagine how long it took to get it out.

[crusader_of_90]

I missed the ESL score ... what happened?

We did that at the Phi Sig house annually (Kingsley Ct.) ... before it was fire bombed.

I missed the ESL score ... what happened?

Short pass, bounced off a defender to the outside and GONE.

Watson?

I missed the ESL score ... what happened?

Long TD pass on the first play -- I think got the ball out to a receiver in the flat and he busted loose -- after Mount Carmel's first TD. I looked away for a second and missed the start of the play and just saw the receiver running alone.

[Silver Rain]

So far at least, Elliott isn't better than Blainey Dowling.

[rink62221]

I'd like to see East Side' penalty yardage. It might be quite a bit more than their total offense.

[Anon1711330047]

These flags are killing esl

I know he won't be a better interview. That Irish boy was funny.

[crusader_of_90]

EFF WORD!

First half of the first game as a junior vs a defending state champ

[godfthr53]

ESL is so undisciplined. So many flags.

[rink62221]

MTC with another touchdown. Thanks to multiple ESL penalties inside the 10 yard line.

[Anon1711330047]

Something needs to happen in that locker room at half . No reason to get those typa penalties

[crusader_of_90]

"It's coaching .... failed their guys ... a little embarrassed ...."

[rink62221]

15 penalties-plus in a game is the norm for East Side. So you'd expect even more than that in a regular-season opener against a high-quality opponent,
