Football LIVE GAME THREAD: Rutgers vs. Penn State

[SouthJerseyRU]

good play by Avery.

[BillyC80]

Great interception!

[koleszar]

That's a bullsh*t spot. That should be a touchback. Momentum carried them into the endzone.

[TonyLieske]

Looked like he was down in the end zone, not at the 2.

[BillyC80]

Rutgers hanging tough so far.

[Richie O]

[BillyC80]

Pacheco carrying defensive lineman on his back, wtf?!

[iReC89]

Love the way this team played the first half of this game.

[TonyLieske]

I think in realtime it is was hard to tell, but the slow mo showed his knees didn't get down until he wad in the endzone.

[BillyC80]

Wow, we’re running it down their throats!

[BillyC80]

Another first down!

[formerlyknownasrutgers100]

Wow, we’re running it down their throats!

Too bad clock is ticking down

[shields]

O line has to get better next year, running backs are good.

[Jimjimminy]

I love the closeups of Langan’s eyes. He’s got the eye of the tiger. Gotta give this kid a good look for next year. He brings the inspiration.

[RU848789]

Where was this team earlier in the year?

[RU848789]

who the hell is Dremel?

[Scarlet Blind_rivals]

There are pieces to work with at LB DB WR and RB even with players in the transfer portal

[BillyC80]

What a drive, from just outside our own end zone. Now inside the PSU 30 yard line!

[hoochie302]

Boys are playing tough!

[mildone_rivals]

Holy crap, that catch.

[RU848789]

Great catch out of bounds by Washington, but he should've caught the earlier one at the 20...

[formerlyknownasrutgers100]

who the hell is Dremel?

Walk on

[rutgersguy1_rivals]

Solid first half play...hopefully can put a stamp on it with some points

[ScarletCrimson]

Pacheco is a beast

[BillyC80]

One shot at the end zone please.

[koleszar]

That play call was stupid. Burned last TO. Sack and time expires. This guy Nunzio know how much time is left?

[Knightmoves]

Where was this team earlier in the year?

PSU is trying to mail this W in. That’s why it’s not working for them. So far.

Expect a fire and brimstone talk from Franklin at the half.

[BillyC80]

Ok let’s get three and get into the locker down 1.

[shields]

Playing hard.

[koleszar]

You miss a 35 yd. field goal? This kid has to be kidding me. Good kicker my ***.

[rutgersguy1_rivals]

Darn it oh well...still not bad 7-3 into half

[Rufaninga]

Gagged it

[Richie O]

[mildone_rivals]

Great half by the kids and coaches.

[Joey Bags]

Lol

[BillyC80]

What the hell? That was a terrible kick. Damn. Best drive of the year and nothing to show for it.

[RU848789]

How do you miss a 35 yard FG by 15 yards wide right? Horrible kick. We could actually be ahead at this point , as we've outgained PSU - that's unreal.

[Rufaninga]

Good game so far though!

[Knightmoves]

If Nunzio pulls the W today does it affect the Greg negotiations?

[bac2therac]

Really some poor management that last minute or so

But overall its a superlative effort by both players and staff
