We're actually outperforming UCLA on the glass. We rebounded 38% of our own misses while they managed to get 30% of their misses.

We've taken and missed more shots than UCLA so they have many more chances to procure defensive rebounds which inflates their rebound margin.

Defense needs to tighten up and we need to block out. I think we need to try a little more inside out game. At least give Bam a look even Humphries. Try to push the game down the court more as well. We will see what kind of heart this team has. It's a good early test. They will learn from this win.

How is he costing us the game? Offense isn't the problem when you put up 45 in a half.

He is much like Rondo in that jump shots are nearly equivalent to turnovers. 2/8 from the field, plus the additional cost of the points a typical D1 SG puts up on those wide open looks where it was kicked out to him for a clean look.

Yep. When UK was winning the other games, no cheating every mentioned. But now that another team is winning it's obviously due to cheating. Can't be any fault on UK, it's cheating and the refs

So.....ucla picked up their 5th foul with 15:50 to go. They didn't get another one until 6:26 while committing numerous, blatant fouls. Being allowed to cheat must be nice.

The defense in the first half was last year's defense..or lack thereof. Offense is NOT the problem. UK has to play better D in the second half.

The review was looking at right before that when UCLA had the ball and the big screens Briscoe and knocked him down. Was an elbow to Briscoes throat. Don't know how that was "a basketball play". Should have been a flagrant 1.

What game are you watching? Hawk has been solid all year for us. I'd take him over Briscoe any day. I don't get all the love for Briscoe. All he has improved on is his free throws. Dude continues to make bad decisions with the ball.

Exactly! Hawk and Briscoe are by far the best perimeter defenders that we have and that is were we're getting beat now.
