Well, apparently after talking to someone in the committee, he now says that Duke is the other team being considered for the one seed. This is the most recent I think.

I really don't get it. Duke has won 4 in a row, 3 against ranked teams. Great! Has the committee forgotten that they lost 3/4 right before that, 2 of which were unranked?

There is no fair, objective, or rational reason for Duke to be in consideration for a 1 seed. None. This talk is patently absurd

I just don't see Duke getting a 2 seed or a 1 seed. When the committee gathered on Feb. 11th this year to announce Top 16 Duke was 16 and seeded #4 and UK was 12th and a 3 seed. Since that date Kentucky has went 7-0 not including SEC Tourney and Duke went 4-3 not including the ACC tourney. I believe that UK will be a 2 seed in the South and Duke being a 3 seed in the West.

Duke isn't getting a 1 seed. This is all so people won't bat an eye when they get a 2 seed. They should actually be a 3 seed regardless if they win tonight based on their total body of work. They had lost 3 of their last 4 before entering the ACC tourney.
