You mean the uncaa?
I agree. 99.999999% of the people in America have no idea who Nassar is. You don’t have a big story unless you can drag Izzo and Dantonio into it. Is that what’s happening here? I don’t know. But fairness demands we be careful about rushing to judgment.I have to agree. Folks need to step back and let the facts come out. Its entirely possible that this may turn into a "shoot everyone in sight of Nassar" type of exercise.
I'd take issue with you last sentence. The accused don't just have rights. In the US, they are presumed innocent until guilty.
I was about to say something similar(I was going to use shoot the Pope at mid court) but I'm pretty sure he could do both and be o kYou are kidding? They could have video of him molesting nuns, and he would come out of it unscathed. The only thing that will get him out of Durham, is father time, and, unlike the NCAA, it shows no favoritism.

I teach my management teams this constantly - once you have information, or receive information, regarding any behavior or practice that may be a violation of policy or procedure (and especially the acutual law), you have to report that information immediately. If your supervisor doesn't take action, report to the next person up. In doing this, not only do you retain your ability to manage and lead, you place that burden on someone who can do something about it. By looking the other way, or ignoring that information, even if you just don't want to be involved, it becomes your problem. And that leads to you being responsible.
I need to read up on this, so forgive the ignorance, but how would the bball and football (or most any other) coach know whats going on with a doctor who is treating gymnasts? I suppose you might hear "whispers" but trying to understand their complicity. In PSU case these were ADs and administrators associated with the football program.

Pretty sure I read somewhere that Aly Raisman's mom laid into Izzo last week because she claimed he knew and did nothing.
If he does, say goodbye to MSU's chances this year. No way they play well in that environment.
I saw what you did there. If Izzo does resign, Dickie V will cry his eye out.

Sources: Tom Izzo will announce upcoming retirement in the next few days. Izzo intends to finish the current season, sources tell @TheVertical.
What is being said is that it goes much deeper than the doctor that treated gymnasts. That might be what opened pandora's box but it's not the end of the story. There are already allegations of abuse and sexual assault that Izzo did know about and covered up already being reported.I need to read up on this, so forgive the ignorance, but how would the bball and football (or most any other) coach know whats going on with a doctor who is treating gymnasts? Kind of a coincidence, but I drove up to Michigan today because my wife's grandfather is/was in hospice (passed today at noon, was 100 years old), but I'm sitting in a very large room filled with Michigan State fans and they are stunned.
Tonight's game will be very interesting.
K skated right by it with Sulaimon a few years ago, don't say it can't be done because K already did.I don't know that certain other coaches who may have squeaky clean images are safe if this stuff is happening. Lotta powerful people from the schools that have gotten hit so far, yet they could do nothing to protect the coaches involved. If the FBI or media are after you, there is no fortune 500 CEO in the world that can stop the train.
This reminds me of the video for "Just" by Radiohead. If it's moving this fast? Yeah, there must be some damning evidence. IDK how Izzo or others wouldn't turn them in. Once you know this info, you're gonna take the fall, too.
100? That's a good run. That's when you celebrate a life, not mourn a passing. My condolences.Kind of a coincidence, but I drove up to Michigan today because my wife's grandfather is/was in hospice (passed today at noon, was 100 years old), but I'm sitting in a very large room filled with Michigan State fans and they are stunned.
