Coach K's presence is worth 5 points.. Playing at Cameron is worth another 3 to 5 points. It's no wonder why they go home early. Any night the protection isn't there.. Buh bye

So your friend didn’t have the balls to T him up? Like the rest of them?
Well, this is just my opinion. But I think you choose your battles in a situation like that. But he said he has teed up a bunch of them, but it's usually for something more egregious, stomping, flailing arms, threatening etc. And he told me Cal was never nasty toward them, just LOUD

I like the sound dish idea, can someone make this happen? I'd settle for a pocket voice recorder cast under the bench from a fishing pole.

Why doesn't ESPN mic him up like they do Cal and a lot of other coaches?

I'd be giving out so many technical fouls on coaches for talking to me like that, they'd want me to get fired.

I officiated a 4th grade AAU game the other day. A kid kept complaining every play. He wouldn't say anything directly to us but would mouth off and slap his own arm on every shot saying "That's a foul". I finally told him to worry about playing basketball and let us ref the game. I was volunteering my time and refuse to listen to some snot nosed 4th grader whine about every play.

Don't know why K gets a free get out of jail pass all the time. If Cal did half of what K does he would get a T ever game!
They are scared of K because he'll get refs pulled off assignment for future games. If they want a paycheck from the acc theyll take it.

The SEC wont pull refs off

Every coach on every time has done or does this same thing on regular basis. This is nothing unique to Coach K.

Stop trying to make up stories.
You should post a video of Cal doing a blow by handshake or one of him lying about the conversation he had berating an opposing player in the handshake line.

I know its no big deal that one of the greatest college basketball coaches of all time is basically a chronically foul mouthed poor sportsman. We all understand.

Yeah, but K is such a great guy!!! Roy clearing wishing well for Zion. K blows right by him with non-nonchalant handshake .

I think K knows his time is running out and this may his last team to have a shot so he is just destroyed.

Also I bet he was really upset that some lowly parents over ruled the decision to allow Zion to return.

He also will have to ensure Nike is ok with Zion playing again.

He has to satisfy a couple of masters now. Doubt he has to do that in the past since he is the great K and master of his domain.

ESPN has invested heavily in Ratface. We're talking millions. ESPN is a big part of the NCAA pot of gold. The guy is literally protected by a shield of money. Welcome to corruption yet again.

A little OT, but I was watching the Duke-NC State game last Saturday and Duke had a 14 point lead in the final seconds when they got a steal and a breakaway dunk. Unlike the Oregon game a few years ago when Dillon Brooks hit the 3 against his team with the game already decided, Krzyzewski didn't seem to mind. He didn't say a word to his own player, at least not on the court in front of the crowd.
I thought the same thing! He's high and mighty when it happens to him but when it’s the other way around he’ll let his team run the score up with no issues.

He's done that a million times.
I have posted this before. I know a guy here in SWFL that moved here from the Chicago area. He was a division one official for many years, done several final fours, a national championship etc.

He told me that K is the nastiest, most hateful coach in division one. Said he covers his mouth with his hand and will call you every name in the book. Will call you a MF'er at a drop of a hat. I have no reason not to believe the guy, as he is a straight up dude

Gary Parrish told me personally that K has the worst mouth and he wouldn’t let a child sit anywhere within shouting distance. He’s not the man portrayed. The game will be better off when guys like him are gone.

I don’t have a problem with foul language. These players speak that language. But the way K is portrayed and the reality is so far apart it’s sick. As I said I’ve had a national sports writer tell me that K is the worst of the worst. But you’ll hear nothing about it.

He's miked up but the dirty words are edited out before being played to the audience. That's why the clips are so short.

It was so cut up, I thought I was watching a stop action claymation by Ray Harryhouser. ( the old Sinbad the Sailor movies.)

I’ve heard the same. I just don’t understand why he doesn’t get teed or thrown out.

Id give ANYTHING and I mean ANYTHING for one of those sound dishes to be pointed at K for a whole game. You would be stunned at the language and what he actually gets away with.

And Oregon still had a shot clock when Brooks shot that. And then he tried to lie about it until a hot mic picked it up in postgame coverage lol

If it looks like a rat, smells like a rat, talks like a rat, it’s probably a f’n rat.
