He's done that a million times.
I have posted this before. I know a guy here in SWFL that moved here from the Chicago area. He was a division one official for many years, done several final fours, a national championship etc.

He told me that K is the nastiest, most hateful coach in division one. Said he covers his mouth with his hand and will call you every name in the book. Will call you a MF'er at a drop of a hat. I have no reason not to believe the guy, as he is a straight up dude

I don't have video evidence but yes, plain as day while the camera was on him. Not sure the ref was close enough to hear him though

Funny, I was watching the game with my wife. Going to commercial I believe and the camera catches K calling the ref a MF’er. My wife said - “did he just call the ref a MF’er.” I said yes, he does it often. She asked why he was allowed to do that with no T. I said because he’s K.

So your friend didn’t have the balls to T him up? Like the rest of them?

Coach Eyechart gets away with so much more than any other coach in the game. He treats people like the crap on the bottom of his shoe and the media, especially ESPN, slurp it up and ask for seconds. It's time for the old fart to hang up his whistle and retire to some home that crotchety, old, ratface bastards go when they have over stayed their welcome.

A little OT, but I was watching the Duke-NC State game last Saturday and Duke had a 14 point lead in the final seconds when they got a steal and a breakaway dunk. Unlike the Oregon game a few years ago when Dillon Brooks hit the 3 against his team with the game already decided, Krzyzewski didn't seem to mind. He didn't say a word to his own player, at least not on the court in front of the crowd.

The refs are weak for letting him do it. I’m ok with some mouthiness from coaches. It’s part of being a coach and an official. That however is extreme.

Has Coach K ever been mic'd up during a game? I just thought about it and I can't remember it ever happening.

Cal is “wired” up almost every game. I thought it was pretty much mandatory. But you’re right, I can’t remember K ever being mic’d up. Heck, he doesn’t even do the interview going in to the locker at halftime. I can’t stand the guy.

Every coach on every time has done or does this same thing on regular basis. This is nothing unique to Coach K.

Stop trying to make up stories.

Soooooooo many things running through my head right now.

1. He learned from the best-
2. When's the last time K was ever run out of a game?
3. Did the ref deserve it? [laughing]

He slid through unscathed from covering up two rapes (the last one just broke last week. Crickets). Several players getting impermissible benefits. And all around poor sportsmanship (either lecturing another player, berating officials, or blow by handshakes).

None of it touched him. So I just assume nothing will.

He's miked up but the dirty words are edited out before being played to the audience. That's why the clips are so short.
