Need some Bacatology…..dislike both, but what’s best from the RU to tourney standpoint??
Definitely Michigan IMO. We want them back in the Top 30 NET. We play them twice and Iowa only once, therefore Michigan is weighted more heavily in our SOS.Need some Bacatology…..dislike both, but what’s best from the RU to tourney standpoint??
Good assessment (even my buddies lol)Michigan fans are complete scum. IMO, worse than PSU fans. I hope Iowa stomps them.
I think we want to knock Michigan out as a potential bubble competitor. And their fans suck so that too.I didn't read the bacotolgy thread in detail. But I'm hearing that our win against Michigan (#37 NET) becomes a Quad 1 win if they improve to 30. Based on that, we should want Michigan.
Very cogent thinking.we want Iowa to win to remove Michigan from the discussion for now, having one less school to compete for a bid is better than another Q1 win...our game at Michigan next week will be a Q1 game no matter what since its on the road. would not want them to start to go on a run including beating us
Probably a COVID makeup game. Yes, Penn State won. It's an Iowa home game and they are likely in the field of 68 already anyway. So keeping Michigan out should be the goal, as was stated above.
Did PSU play an afternoon game today? It's already a final, with Minnesota losing to the Nits. But why play on a Thursday afternoon?
No because Iowa is a lock for the NCAA while Michigan will be battling with Rutgers and Indiana for last bids from Big Ten..Definitely Michigan IMO. We want them back in the Top 30 NET. We play them twice and Iowa only once, therefore Michigan is weighted more heavily in our SOS.
Ain't no such thing as "last bids from Big Ten". The committee does not count the number of bids per conference. At least so we are told.No because Iowa is a lock for the NCAA while Michigan will be battling with Rutgers and Indiana for last bids from Big Ten..
Are you expectingWe want the total to be over 150.5. Oh, is that just me?
I'm expecting Iowa 80, Michigan 78.Are you expecting
Michigan 103
Iowa 48
Rutgers talk EVERYWHERE. ANY MEDIA IN JERSEY HYPING IT?Jersey high school basketball legend Jon Crispin just went on a nice tangent about how good Rutgers is
