UK Football is:

14-3 in their last 17 games played.
35-17 since 2018.
26-25 in the SEC since 2016. (For a program that didn't have a winning SEC record in a season from 1978 to 2018)
4-0 in their last 4 bowl games. Only Alabama has won a postseason game the last 4 years as well.
6 straight bowl appearances. We've only been in 21 in our history.
5-1 in games played in the state of Florida since 2018.
7-1 vs South Carolina since the famous 2014 game when Grove Street Party became forever tied to this program. (1-13 from 2000 to 2013)
6-1 vs Missouri since 2015
3-2 vs Florida since 2018.
6-0 vs Vanderbilt since 2016.
Undefeated in getting UKO to delete his social media when they prove him wrong.

Still have a lot of work to do.
Rack the hell out of this!

-We worshipped America's Cup on ESPN when we were in like 4-5th grade. Just all in on it.

-3 is worse than 2, IMO, but 4 and 5 are really the sweet spots b/w understanding, innocence, you being the center of their world, and before they're influenced by little **** head friends. Plus no diapers.
Our 3 is way worse than 2 (and 2 was bad)…..A little ******* right now.

UKO has been on ignore for a long time here, really cannot understand why anyone would give that schlub a moment of their time. He really is worse than a 5 gallon bucket of ****.

We also have the 17 or 18 game winning streak against non-conference opponents, which is currently the country's longest streak. I know there's a lot of MAC and UL in that run, but we do have the 4 bowl wins in there too.

Imagine that. UK Football has the longest winning streak in the country in a given category.

We did the Van Gogh experience here a few weekends ago. Was pretty fantastic, but pretty much ruined by my knucklehead 3 year old son who went absolutely apeshit. Just sprinting everywhere, chasing colors, flowers, etc., and otherwise having the time of his life if not for the security and every other patron present he was pissing off. He and I were encouraged to check out the gift shop before the show ended, which was fine.

- Could have spent an hour in that final room at the Immersive Van Gogh exhibit. Surrounded by beautiful images enhanced by technology. Amazing stuff.

- Really hitting a rough patch when it comes to peeling hard-boiled eggs. Had it down to a science and was batting around .750 for the first half of the year, but now I'm the equivalent of being swept in a doubleheader by the Pirates. Just awful.

- I think people putting Stoops as a candidate for the Nebraska job are just trying to add some juice to a search that will probably end with a sensible (but boring) choice, someone like the ones I mentioned a few days back: Campbell, Leipold, or Kliemann. None of those are sexy names at all, so might as well throw in a name from a program that's making waves. Nebraska isn't as bad of a job as some are making it out to be, but it's not a better job than Kentucky. He's not going to Lincoln.

- Actual politics aside, that guy running against Dr. Oz for the Pennsylvania senate seat is....interesting.

- Not a Yankees fan in the least, but I really enjoy watching Aaron Judge play. If I was a kid playing t-ball or LL, I'd absolutely idolize...get the glove with his signature on it, get a t-shirt with his name on it, rearrange my teeth a little to match his chiclets, the works.

The America’s Cup Doc was awesome, just finished while laying here with the covids - that series doesn’t miss.

- I remember the prevalence of the blue/white striped UK rugby shirt in the Rupp stands in the 80s/90s and think the look needs a comeback.
It was the Pep Band uniform from 92-93 back. Martin Newton came in and got us some sweet track suits in 93, but they never looked as cool as the rugby shirts.

-Couldn’t imagine not being high at the van gough experience. Ate a gummy and had a swell time. Felt it was short - or maybe it wasn’t? I don’t know I was pretty high

-3 is worse than 2 as they go through the stubborn tantrum phase. Having a 5, 3, and 1 year old is interesting. Amazing what 4 years difference brings. Have been meeting a lot of parents of our kindergartener and I’m one of the older dads (41). Which means I’ll be one of those weird salt n peppered ones for my 1 year old when he starts school. Never wanted to be an old dad but here we are.

-I’ve hit the point in my career where work is just a congealed mess. Every month is different, but not different enough and the years are starting to blur together. Feel like I’m getting a little anxious about what my life is becoming - is this a midlife crisis coming on? Probably. Might do something crazy in the near future.

-Building a house right now is really obnoxious, but this time of year makes everything better. I’ve definitely become a fall person.

I mean, basically everyone at this Van Gogh thing is either high as a kite or tripping balls, right??

Disappointed if the answer is no.
I know I was at the Van Gogh museum in Amsterdam, and it definitely made the experience more interesting.

Of course half the people there were school aged kids on field trips, which was a little awkward while I was geeking.

- Martin Newton made a few bucks from a phone card scam back in the early to mid 90's called Destiny Telecom. He had a lot of High School basketball coaches from around the state as his legs. He denied it but I was at a meeting where he tried to pitch it.

Polo Ralph Lauren is the new FUBU or Karl Kani.

What's UKO's new name on here? I had forgotten about that man.

Speaking of posters from the past? Whatever happened to that Smokey Pearl/WindyCat guy? Wasn't he some creepy dude obsessed with women sports? Also, UKFanInCincinnati is another I had forgotten. I think all of those were when this board was the OG KSR.

Pretty sure they’re mostly all terrible ages until they’re grown and out of the house.

I say this fresh from an episode this morning where the youngest, who loves to terrorize her older sister, took a bite out of an apple then threw it from the top of the stairs hitting her sister and landing on some picture she was coloring. World War III then ensued. I hadn’t even had my first cup of coffee yet.

I had the American Eagle version of this that I wore at least every couple weeks in high school (sans popped collar) and I’d probably still wear it this fall if I had it.
