Why is brisket a 50/50 proposition?

Brine it in Dr Pepper for 12 hours before smoking it. Cover in S&P. Smoke for 6hours then finish in the oven for another 4-6 hours at 210.

House will smell amazing, and after it rest it will be the most moist tender brisket you’ll ever eat.

I have a friend that bought a Mach E. I was skeptical, and still hated them using the Mustang name on it, but I was impressed and low key want one. I have ridden in the SUV Tesla too and I think it was a nicer ride.
