If you book on BahaMar/Hyatt website, there is a 4th night free package that's cheaper than the UK Block rate, as low as $352 per (which ends over $500 after taxes/fees, and includes literally nothing but the room).

So tough to justify the overall trip cost -- could probably take 2.5 longer/nicer Caribbean vacations for the same final price/spend.

Sometimes I think about Cal's platoon system he started in the Bahamas the summer before the 2015 season, seemingly as a bit of a novelty, that he just stuck with all year.
I hated the platoon but at least that one year we didn’t have to deal with his random substation patterns where we ended up with 2 centers, 2 pf, and 1 guard who couldn’t shoot.

-Kiddos absolutely worshipped the Atlantis when they were young. Brough it up last year and neither were very excited about a return trip.

-Not going to the Bahamas this year buy I am taking a serious look going to London in December.

Always thought the best part of that platoon system was where Cal would let each group play until they gave up a certain amount of points. You want to play a few more minutes as a group? Dont let them score and that group can stay in. Seemed like he forgot that as we went along as well.

Yeah, that team never quite put it together w/ that stupid platoon system winning their first 38 games of the season before Crunchtime Cal made his appearance.

Of the countless ways to manage that ungodly talented roster, I just thought it was a pretty asinine strategy. Obviously it worked out well for the Cats.

The new interview with CJ doesn’t have me feeling good at all about having a short roster.
Now Cal is meeting with Milky about better facilities. How about filling out the roster with paid shooters and getting your head out yo *** on offense and defense. Gold Standard my ***.

In my more irresponsible days, before the days of joint checking- I lost more money betting on baseball games than any other sport.
Any man or woman that doesn’t have his/her own separate account is doing it all wrong. Unless the other spouse actually needs to keep the other in check.

If not, when you win they want their cut and god forbid you lose a few in a row.

- Baseball gambling kills me when I bet/parlay games. They have a prop bet on Barstool everyday with three random games that won't score any runs in the first inning. I've hit that a few times from +640 - +820.

- Celts ML tonight.

- Big work moves happening after tomorrow.

- Going all in on the London game. Perfect timing right after the election, then spending a few weeks traveling Italy with my dad.

- If I'm here, Mary J and Alicia Keys at the MGM in August. All time.

- Toppin is having a breakout year. TS.

We have 3... joint checking that deposits go into and bills get paid from, etc... then each have their own- because I honestly dont want to know what my wife buys- or just dont want to know how much her nonsense costs.

Outside of horse races a few days a year and an occasional football game I dont gamble anymore- all of that money had been making its way into the markets- which has recently proved to be a really bad bet.

Short sleeve button down shirts. That just always has been and always will be a big ole “nope” for me.

Other than a fishing shirt, I'd agree.

The airfare to the Caribbean is stupid right now. Looking to take the fam in late July to either Cancun, Jamaica, or the DR and airfare is 2x what it has been.

Kids stayed at home for the first time by themselves while the wife and I went to work. Right there on par with buying your last box of diapers as a milestone, plus it means ole dad's truck and boat allowance just got a significant boost.

Gas prices are getting the pub right now, but insurance is gonna grab some spotlight soon. There isn't a company I've met with that doesn't just shrug when asked what we're looking long term.

I put 80% in joint and 20% personal. Read that again and follow it for life long happiness

I’ve bought pretty much every airline ticket in the last 5 years with CC points

Looking really nice for the memorial tomorrow. Found out today at work the bogey inn closed due to the owner dying, and the family didn’t want to keep it open so they sold it to the city. What business inept morons.
