You all can say whatever you want but Justin’s > Reese’s. The mean bullying will not change my mind. I do like Reese’s eggs though. The pb to chocolate ratio just works in those. And Justin’s minis are better than their full sized. Trader Joe’s dark chocolate peanut butter cups are neck n neck with Justin’s (and aren’t even organic. Gasp!!!)
G had plenty of junk today and non-organic candy. Every Kit Kat he got during the Easter egg hunt he ate when he opened. Lots of double bubble (including a double bubble baseball bat). The kid is just fine, don’t y’all worry about his spoiled *** (and the 5 day weekend he’s working on.)

I’m still smoking and grilling on a 15 year old Weber kettle. It’s the only rig I have (at my primary residence, at least). I guess I’m too old cheap Dutch to walk into Ace and simply buy something new that I want. But oh well.

Camp Chef is the play. They are the same as the Treager but cost less, produce more smoke, and have a wider temperature range.
I put a lot of research into buying one about 6 months ago, then got one of these when it was on sale. Love it.

additionally, I’ve been watching a chef (Chef Tom @ATBBQ) exclusively using the Yoder for 5-6 years. This is the only pellet cooker that puts enough smoke like an offset stick-burner on the meat according to a mountain of reviews I read.
The gauge of steel, warranty, and ability to sear meat at high temps is the reason for the cost.
If my BGE wasn’t fully replaced via warranty 2 years ago, I would’ve went the Yoder route myself when the opportunity was there.

Within 10 seconds of sitting down next to an older guy in the waiting area, I immediately got to hear about how he takes classes at UK and gets so angry about how the students are being indoctrinated that he often has to leave. Also, about he was accosted by an Asian girl about not wearing his mask correctly and she had no answers for his responses (naturally). *Stayed in Friday night and didn't do ****. Watched TV until I was tired enough to force myself to sleep, which hasn't been easy lately.
*Saturday, much of the same during the day. Kids came over with a pizza and we knocked out the last episode of Moon Knight.
*Yesterday was a lot like Saturday. The ex took the kids and her mom to River House for lunch while I scoured the aisles of Meijer looking for something took cook.
Ended up with a bone in prime rib roast. Seasoned with it with the Ruby rub and had a side of St. Elmo's creamy horseradish for our dipping pleasure. Enjoyed.
*Weather porn alert for this weekend. The Bronco may flash her titties.

I’m sure that Yoder is great if you want to enter some regional comps and don’t mind having something the size of a Kia parked in your backyard.
I went with a camp chef with Wi-Fi and a side burner and it’s been great. I will say though, if one of your main concerns is Wi-Fi and UI Recteq seems to have the best. A buddy has one and his controller is much more useful than the camp chef. But I just couldn’t get past the raging bull motif.
