Dude led us in everything last season. Came back knowing he'd be off the bench, hasn't complained once, and has been the difference in several games when everyone else was off.

There isn't a single other program that wouldn't take Mintz off the bench.

- Tyty had a poor game yesterday, still hit a very timely pull up jumper with the game winding down...as he seems to do in every game we need it. Knightesque in that fashion.

I like Mintz for what he is. 100% effort, streaky scorer in multiple ways, never backs down, play multiple positions, and a bench player you can play for 20 min and expect not to lose much if anything.
Yes I wish he shot better, who doesn’t, but I’ll take him on my side going into tourney play.

We lost by 2 on the road with TyTy and Wheeler rusty. Then add in Grady and Mintz playing twice the minutes keeping us going while they were out. Plus you could tell everyone else outside of Oscar was a bit slower and didn’t step up as usual. Not to mention the bad calls. Yet we were the only team to lose to the hottest team right now which was a lot closer than any of the other 8 top 10 teams lost by last week. Keep healthy and we can beat any of them on a neutral court when it actually counts. SMD and let’s pray!
