I feel great today. Woke up nice and refreshed. Had a morning cup of coffee and a light, healthy meal. Went for a 6 mile run and did a little strength and ab work in the gym after. Ran some errands and tidy'd up the house a bit. Felt so rejuvenated and relaxed, so I took the dog for a nice long walk. Just an awesome, healthy, fun day in the beautiful winter weather.

So, where's the best place to get tested for COVID today?
Good to hear. Had been wondering if today was the day you finally drowned in a frozen lake (DIAFL).

I read this in Patrick Bateman's voice.

thanks -

so after i posted that i realized it almost sounded like i was seeking healthcare advice or something-

and really i just saw your running reference and remembered you’d been at it a while - so ...

then, it dawned much later that i had nowhere to go with that question or any truly compelling reason to ask you .....

but i’m an impulsive conversationalist - hey

- Just a complete shitshow the last 36 minutes. Among the most bizarre games I can recall watching. I hate the SEC.

- Just chalk it up to a weird night and move on, I guess.

- Cal needs a better third string point guard FAST.

- Oscar sucked. I didn’t think either call on him in the first half was bad either. Hope he wisens up with the ******** officiating coming his way the entire conference season.

- Hopkins is unplayable and Collins isn’t far ahead of him.

- Nice seeing some life from Mintz I guess but still a largely poor effort.

- Toppin was great through 30 minutes but thought he was Magic Johnson the last 10.

- I’m done with the stupid MFers in here- you’re all on ignore from here on out. Booker, Chumps -> F off. I love you Clown but I can’t handle your ******** during basketball season. See you in April, you belligerent prick. All you idiots for some reason trying to exalt our football program by belittling basketball with the silliest comparison ever- DIAF and also F off. Done with you, too.
I don't think I even posted during the game. Maybe once or twice.

Right call for Wandale, as much as I hate it selfishly.

Third round or better, taking as many hard hits as he does...ain't mad at him.

and how TIMELY it t was to have him this year !

and his head looked huge in proportion to his torso
...:maybe it was the “Don BeeBee helmet” effect

I never saw that monkey but there were these two guys that lived on Euclid, right down from the Taco Bell, Mike and Tommy I think. Anyway, their house was where we all ended up after Lynagh’s Emporium closed down for the night. They had this huge, bad ***, iguana that just roamed around the house. He was much cooler, and much less dangerous, than some crazy *** monkey.
august, how old are you? There was a guy that lived across from the Sigma Pi house Circa 98-99 that had a pet iguana. He kept it in a cage though. I think his name was Corey? Had really blonde hair.

Well, let me think for a minute. I’m 48 so that would have probably been a little after my time with those guys. Closer to 95-96 if I had to guess. Mike and Tommy were their names, asked another buddy that we hung out there earlier today……

In fact, now that I think about it was pre/just after July 1995. Has to do with us all being at the last Grateful Dead show which was 7-9-95

Can’t wait to hear the amazing story telling today as the news networks take a shallow dive into what happened on January 6th.

Expect to hear a lot of “darkest day” and “insurrection” talk.
