Prince of Thieves may not be great but it is fun and still manages to be the 3rd best Robinhood movie ever.

1 Disney
2 Men in Tights
3 Prince of Thieves

I rather liked American Beauty, at the time at least. Don’t know how well it’s stood up over the past 22 years or so. The high school chick Kevin Spacey lusted after was . He should have tagged her when he had the chance.
Think ole Kev was more interested in the neighbor boy than Mena Suvari.

Probably best to just avoid social media today.

Let's get 5-6" of snow, go sledding, and follow that up with some high proof burbs.

best thing for be read on the internet this year -

<—— is absolutely not opposed to sledding/tubing in snow with my younger relatives ....

i also pretty pleased with having passed along the fiery love for fireworks - done well

also - so far - ABSOLUTE HATRED for the tennessee volz has been confirmed and thriving in at least one nephew and my first born child

laugh OUT LOUD on a prescriptive and continual basis

hope that helps

Edit: I posted Kevin Costner's entire filmography, but it made scrolling the page really annoying.

I’ll beat anybodys *** in NCAA football 2003 (or maybe it was 04?). Had some serious battles on south limestone playing that bad boy. There was one team that was unstoppable because they were so fast that you weren’t allowed to choose, I keep thinking it was Miami.
NCAA 2000, shewwweeee wore that one out. FSU was typically banned due to speed. @shockdaddy19 was a punk ***** and insisted on being them whenever on his home console. Chris Weinke just bombing Corners to Peter Warrick out of Trips. Wasn’t a damn thing anyone could do. Over and over.

Could only be countered by Nebraska with the Triple O and there could be nary a mistake made. And it wasn’t enjoyable.

S*** man, now I’m pissed. Wish I had not let that FSU team enter my mind, now my day is ruined.

I was able to secure two PS5s in November at retail for myself and my FIL. Costco and Gamestop. Like chase said a year ago, you just have to monitor when inventory is available and beat the bots. Snagged my Costco ps5 for my FIL at 1 in the morning.

The controllers for the ps5 are revolutionary.

I'd pay $100USD for NCAA 22 tomorrow. No questions asked. Had a UK dynasty into the 2030s back in 2003 that was purely based on creating a punter from KY with 100 for every stat except punting. 1 star recruit and 0 interest from everyone but me. 4 year starter at QB and 2 time national champ.

With the NIL it'd be nice if they could actually name the players and use their image for the game. Cooler product and even the less marketable players get a cut.

Win - win, but probably a logistical nightmare; that's a lot of negotiating and coding for a single game.

Didn't MJ refuse to be in any of the NBA game franchises for a while, or am I making that up?

throwback video game randomness :

Atari is briefly but gloriously King of the nascent home video game market .....initial game production features quantity against a backdrop of limited quality-

Air/Sea Battle - amazing to my young self how the screen continued to change colors after the match was settled ......”-THE FUTURE IS HERE” , thought I

Haunted House - possibly the WORST graphics of any video game ever .... but the notion that a console game could expand past 1/1 shooting into exploring a more open ended environment ..:.WHOAH - i was a HUGE FAN and tried to convert others

Missile Command arrives - a seriously fun arcade staple is now being played at Route 2 / Box 21 in Harrogate TN????? SHEEEEEEEEIIIIIIIT I said to myself — and no quarters !!

ET - graphics, plot, characters and even the software teams internal experiences— ALL absolutely sucked .:..:but hot-diddly-damn, cuz.....NOW THEYRE MAKING THE MOVIES COME TO LIFE IN MY UPSTAIRS BEDROOM!!!!!

then Jim Fortner gets a bourgeois “Intellivision” system and my fellow Ellen Meyers Blue Devils suddenly start to distance from the AMAZING 2600 console and covet the “realistic” graphics of this new product

MANY years later ....stationed in Japan.....i stumbled into an offer to be in a commercial for the Sega Saturn game system...... and another offer to do soft core Japanese porn pics (beside the point but IMPOSSIBLE not to recall) .....

The Atari 2600 fascination and loyalty may have died a little — but the kid inside lives on

PS - i’d take any of you honkey mofos to town in NCAA football

****, EA used the images back then - that’s what got them in trouble. They actually dug into the code and found where names of players were put in (I assume for programming reference) and removed before release. When you played with UK in 1998, “QB #2” was unmistakably Tim Couch.

Bought the NBA Jam freestanding arcade game for my two sons 12 and 10 for Christmas…it’s their favorite gift of all time and it’s not really close. When they play each other it’s life/death to them just like it was in the arcades of yesteryear. The highly random and illogical gameplay is especially hard for them to process and sort out….which I enjoy immensely.

How did Rony Seikaly hit that 3 from mid court??? Glen Rice maybe I get it but RONY SEIKALY SUUUCKS!!!!

Them there’s the breaks with NBA Jam, kid.

My dogs are a lot happier about the snow than I am.

Those two manaics freak the **** out when they see it, and it's damn near impossible to get them to come back in. Those rascals could play in it all day.

* It's a shame that chad blocked me. I've got scores of gems, just ike that one, in the queue, ready to post.
