Unsolicited advice alert:Seem to have gotten stuck at a current per mile pace. Started running again back in June and was about 10:40/mile for 4ish mile runs. Got down close to 9 minute miles and I guess thats where my legs decided to stop. Also keep thinking one day I am going to begin enjoying it again but I still really dont even like it. Just picked it up again since gyms were shut down.
You could try building in some speed bursts through your run. 30 seconds or so; then slow your pace and recover. Do that 4 or 5 times in the run. Or not...
