Guys, it's outside agitators, trump bugaloos, and only like 7% out there shooting people. Nothing to even see. Smh. Disgusting. 2 cops shot, 1 in the head.

I honestly think this is the only charge available under KY law based on what’s been reported. Not sure if I should ask this but would appreciate an intelligent answer from someone here who has this opinion as I’m open minded and likely ignorant - how should these individual cops have been charged? I understand the uproar toward the police tactics overall which definitely need adjusting (understatement) but this is a tough one on the individual officers, right? They were returning fire over a brief few seconds. This wasn’t Floyd - which made my blood boil toward a specific human being. This was an overall f-up but tougher to place specific individual blame.
Am I off? I honestly haven’t dug in deeply
So is this **** going to trial so all facts can be laid out?
Part of the problem has been in the reporting (shocker) by not clearly stating that the two uncharged officers were apparently in a different physical position than Hankinson and returned fire at an observed target in self defense, whereas Hankinson is described as just shooting blindly. Since it was determined that a Hankinson bullet did not hit Taylor (or anyone else), all that is available is wanton endangerment 1st.

Pardon my dumbness but we don’t have grand juries up here and our system is totally different
was a public trial with all the facts and evidence laid out for full transparency not an option?
it seems to be whatthe governor is asking for after the fact now. Seems like there was a better way.
