I don’t know him personally, but it seems like @rudd1 probably has and uses a letter opener and likely seals his correspondences with wax and a stamp.

[laughing][laughing]
I happened to have had similar suspicions on that one -

That dude is a one man "finer things club" - mixed w/a bit a H Poirot blended with musical taste and well paced sentences

I am literally taking notes on how he speaks to ppl and trying to emulate/improve on my battery of convoluted conversational impulses i tend to launch - maybe i should think ahead more

Finally met The Clown too - Aside from the weird hangup where i literally pictured him to look like his prof pic minus the makeup -- he's the exact unconventional communicator and kindred USAF man i expected

If you're reading this M - This may be another weekend featuring a 3am - 5am call again

Some of us don’t have a choice other than masking. Guess that makes me full of vulgar and abominable but I’ve still got fish to catch and holes to fill so join everyone else mocking me. I really don’t care and still alive.

Why didn’t any of the medical people tell me they approved Evusheld. Could have been getting it since January so I could have a chance at a normal life again. Could be a game changer for the 2% of us that are still masking.

Wasnt directed at the casual individual caught up in circumstance

Comment was intended to describe people who exhibit self loathing - thats a very real thing and theres a full time industrial level effort to further divide and balkanize ppl right now - that includes the literal use of military grade PSYOPS techniques and technology against american citizens - that USED to be. both illegal and unthinkable

So - hope that helps

Conversations like this are tricky when attempted on a msg board like this -

Talk about some damn irony. Seemed as if UT was bouncing back some what in football but the last coach had 18 violations from what totaled to be 60K in benefits.

Today that is barely a drop of what’s being spent on players.

And they’ll be on probation eventually for it.

The NCAA man, what a crock of ****!

I tell you what. Cheers and Frazier still hold up great today. Ted Danson was a handsome man 30 years ago. #NoHomo

Brandi ritualistically listens to Frazier to wind down for sleep - I always liked their sophisticated sherry consumption & eventually tried some (meh)

I never liked Cheers though and absolutely hated that winy *** theme song**

Frazier may be one of 2 examples I can come up with where the spin off was better than the show that predated & launched it (Better Call Saul being the other)

Roz - on Frazier - sexy as hell

** true story - i had a lady friend years ago -- who had a mentally retarded nephew -- and he would always break into hysterical crying when he heard that sappy theme

*Woking a bit today. I brought everyone in so I figured I should at least make an appearance.

*Concert at the amphitheater and alley party on deck tonight. Could turn into a **** show. I will try me beat to not repeat last week.

Last weekend:
*After the JD Shelburn show, we stayed up to 3 playing flip cup with a bunch of college girls (friends daughter and her friends) who beat our ***. My sausage fingers aren't made for that game.

Ran out of beer and started downing bourbon.

Woke up on said friends couch at 10 am and snuck out. She was cool about it, thankfully.

Buddy had it worse. He puked in the sink, couldn't remember how he got home (I couldn'teither), and when he did, fell over his golf clubs and bruised head. Funniest part of what he told me was, he found a half packed suitcase in his garage.

Around noon, I get a call asking if her daughters keys are on my golf cart. That told me her daughter must have driven him home. Wrong.

Apparently, she took him home. I asked how he was and she said "you were on the cart too, mf'er."

Good times, I guess.

That Sidney McLaughlin 400m hurdles race is the most impressive athletic feet I’ve seen in a long time. Secretariat.
She's going to take that record to sub 50 seconds, and that record will stand for a long time. The only thing she has left to prove is being the best at that distance without hurdles and any other distance she thinks she can win.

So Bernie, who has been overthinking girls/sex whatever, has a chick in his neighborhood that is letting his buddy vomit in the sink, is “cool” with bernie himself passing out on the couch, and is letting her daughter drive his buddy home while bringing Bernie back to her house to pass out…………so I gotta ask, Bernie is this lady friend single?

Took GYERO's advice and scrapped Naples. Spending 2 days in Positano instead.
That's the right call - I was going to suggest you spend that time in Sorrento instead, but sounds like you're on the right track. We took the train into Naples and then to Sorrento, and Naples looked like an absolute ********. Borderline slums surrounding the train station.

My wife and I just got back from 15 nights in Italy, and IIRC our itinerary was similar to PTI: Rome -> Verona -> Venice -> Sorrento -> Rome. Just an incredible trip capped off by an all day small group boat tour of the Amalfi coast from Sorrento. Positano and Amalfi by boat - picturesque views all day long, just surreal.

I get it but still don't like it*:

- Ridiculous that a major event like the TdF can be over well before the final stage. Would be great if the yellow jersey had to sprint to the finish in Paris to hold off 2nd.

- Stage wins should factor more into the overall win.

*Not a TdF(cycling)ball so I could be wrong about both.
