Complete opposite of my experience last week. Went to a Carolina Hurricanes game. It was basically a DJ concert with a hockey game taking place in 25 second increments. Lasted 3+ hours. We bolted at first intermission.

I’m also glad we “spent” $40k in tuition and room/board so this jackhole could not play basketball and not go to class. At least he got to spray some integrity on a few dozen coeds faces.

Off topic: Went to my 2nd big time Minor League soccer match last night at Lynn Family Stadium on the scenic banks of the Ohio River. US Open match against St. Louis. Gotta say, it was awesome. Constant action. Not overproduced with berating music and advertising. Natural playing surface. Great venue. Man, was all around very refreshing for this sports ball.

Went to PKs and the Boys in Purple prevailed. Pretty dope, actually.
Be careful, soccer creeps up on you. The lack of extended breaks every five minutes is a big reason why. Keep it up and you will find yourself getting worked up about something called “the Carabou Cup.”

It’s so nice to have 45 minutes of action, a set 15 min or so to take a piss and get another beer, then 45 minutes of action and be out the door. No BS tv timeouts and more importantly, no official reviews.

By the way, results are trickling in from minor league baseball implementing a 12 second pitch clock when no one is on and a 18 second pitch clock with runners on the bases. It’s significantly speeding up the game. They may even get this in this season for mlb but it will be there next year for sure. Amazing how long it took them to figure this out.

I'd buy that shirt.
What pisses me off more about that Muppet haired MF’er is the fact that he sat on the bench living large while Ty Ty was dragging a bum leg around the last 2 months of the season. I dont wish anything bad to happen to him, but I hope he is a monumental flop in the league, blows his $$$$ and ends up a mop boy in a gay theater.

Saturday mornings, coffee, laptop to read news, EPL on in background, leading to CFB.

RIP CNN+.

Netflix- don't own a lot of historical content, series, movies, etc, like HBO. Tough to compete. Throwing money at Obama and others didn't help. Lotta money for little repeatable content.

-Sucks that money grubbers exist, but they're in every walk of life. Hope for the young man's sake he can clear some of that out as he gets older and sees those around him for what they are. The bold face lies his people told publicly should probably be a red flag for him, but whatevs.

-Found the report that we were looking at the LSU transfer RB interesting. CROD, Smoke, Jutahn, Donut, and Wright (love him) is a pretty deep position there. Guess somebody will be moving on?

-Our linebackers are going to be f'ing nasty next year. SAE said it yesterday, but if nothing else would *love* to smack another Big Ten team up in a bowl game this year.

Wheeler
Wallace
Reeves
Livingston
Oscar

CJ, Toppin, Collins, freshman from Pittsburgh

Not complete, and it's tough to replace that kind of high level shadiness we lose with Shadeon, but I think that's a good starting point.

Soccer has never, and will never, have "constant action". It pretty much sucks.

Pitch clocks in MLB are asinine, and the inevitable ban of shifts even more so.

No idea why you guys are so bent on Sharpe/Cal....you saw this coming months ago, but you still jump at the bait every single time. Cal has you by the short hairs and you refuse to do anything about it.

You know the drill....

We had Hami, then the Dragon Boy, now this clown...

Obviously, not all situations were the same, but they all came off as dudes who had zero to no respect for Cal or the team and only came here so the word Kentucky would be next to their name on draft night. They all sucked compared to what they were hyped up to be.

I'm a little shocked a dude with Cal's ego allows stuff like that to happen...those kids/handlers are flat out embarrassing him, and they aren't even any good.

- Well, we need two shooters now in the worst way. I don’t care if they’re 6’0” or 6’10” - we need spacers.

- Have already said my piece on female sportswriters.

- I mean the old cut-throat has lost these dudes the last 5 years to ******** tactics:

Zion
Wiseman
Cunningham
Banchero
Sharpe

Surely the old italian has a little sonofabitch left in him? You going to keep getting punked? You going to let Wagner go too?

Cal getting embarrassed left and right. On the court. On the recruiting trail. By NBA analytics nerdboys.
