~ Sick as a dog for the first time in years, hit me Friday night shortly after my first Wynn (TM) gummy. Popped a whole one thinking I could handle it and poured a bourbon. I was touching wrong. Holy ****, it was a good feeling, for sure, but definitely something I want to experience half of next time.

~ Rest of the family had been sick all week so the birthday was a pity party of sitting around the house on tech.

~ Got an Oculus, not for me. I guess I'm the type that will get headaches during VR. The kids/wife love it though, so there's that.

~ Never smoked in my life but tried it out on Saturday. 2/3 of St. Louis style ribs were great, the third one had major char in the middle on both sides. It's directly over the fire but that's what the instructions recommended. Will try adjusting the vent's next time. Chicken wings were money though.

~ I've moved on to Football already. Sign me up for not concerned about our D, secondary. This is a ball control, situational explosion play offense with even more weapons this year and a 2nd year QB with legit arm talent. **** yes. Who cares if we're winning 42-35 every game?

I took two Wynn gummies before Rogan on Fri and he still wasn't that funny. Tony Hinchcliffe had me crying from laughing so hard.

I've had a multitude of gummies both legal and not. The enjoy hemp have been the strongest that I recall. 2 are good if you're used to daily but that should be enough to knock out an elephant if you're just starting back into it.

Just got back from red river gorge with the family I assume everything is still chugging along with the fine tuned machine that is our University of Kentucky men’s basketball program?

- I know Kentucky basketball sucks and everything is terrible and we're all gonna die, but I'm reasonably excited about the NBA play-in tournament starting tonight. Kicks off the slog of the playoffs with at least a little bit of intrigue.

- Mixed reviews on Reed Sheppard coming out of the Adidas weekend, but seems like evaluators really liked what they saw out of the Perry kid from Lyon County. Will be curious to see what offers come his way on the heels of that performance.

- Saw someone say that Gilbert Gottfried was fearless, and that "fearless" was the highest compliment you can pay a comedian. I'd say that's about right.

- I go to Kentucky Proud Park and admire how nice it is, then I see the baseball temple they have at Ole Miss, etc. and realize how far behind Kentucky still is in the SEC arms race. Taking road trips to see the conference venues would be an easier (and cheaper) way to get my ballpark fix. Easy to knock 1-2 of those out per year.

- I know nobody cares about SEC baseballsucka, but I have heard/read some say that this Tennessee team might be one of the best in conference history. Their coach arrived around the same time as Mingione, inherited less talent, and has taken off like a rocket. Meanwhile, yeah...

- Underrated college football color scheme/logo combo....SMU. It just works.

I ordered the Wynn gummies too, and got them the week of the SEC tournament. I explained to my wife I had ordered them as a stress reliever. I had a gummy that Friday when we played Vandy and Saturday when we lost to UT along with a couple of drinks. It was Enjoy Euphoria and it was a pleasant experience and I slept really well both nights.

My wife is not someone who drinks or takes anything stronger than an aspirin for pain. Not because of any moral code but because she gets really ill. Anyway, later that week she was having a rough day and after picking my son up from school and before starting dinner, she decided to take this natural, stress relieving gummy. It was not the erotic wonder world that Wynn promised.

About 5 pm as I'm wrapping up my work day, I get a frantic call. "WTF IS IN THOSE GUMMIES?!? I'm trying to talk her down, but she saying she can barely move, she has vomited on the bed and she can't lift her head. She was sick until well into the next day.

Really wish Phil Castellini opened his mouth before I came down here. All the fans are unaware of his comments as well

I hope Shadydon absolutely shreds both acl's and his Achilles tendons the first game of the NBA season. Eff that scam artist with all the dicks. I hope both he and his handlers are back in Canada by 2024 playing the "what-if" game ad infinitum.

I've never really passionately rooted against NBA guys once they're out of college. I mean, I've got guys from rivals I don't care for, but NBA viewing generally involves little to no emotional stake. Not anymore; It's personal with this dipshit.

I think I'm giving up booze for weed.

I'm a very emotional person and when alcohol is added, nothing good happens. I knew I didn't have the self control to stay local. Removed myself from...well, myself.

I'm still getting, "maybe hold back a bit" texts from friends in the hood from last week. I think the post about wanting to bang her friends was what did it. Lol.

Not a fan of PCB, but it was good. House was walking distance to the beach. Got good and sauced 3 days. Talked to a guy that said Putin is a hero, sold cocaine to half of NASCAR royalty, and another that invited me to a high end swingers party...At.The. Radisson. I'd say mid-level at best.

I don’t blame the kid for the most part. I blame the school for letting it happen and for his teammates to the extent they let this go on. Kid’s gonna make the most amount of money with the least amount of work. He’s living the work smarter not harder life.

Mmmm, yes, Graf says Lucas would take the offer to go be an assistant at Duke if offered.

Might get dunked on by Scheyer’s Duke before game one. Talk about lowered standards.

Duke has 8 top 20 recruits in the junior and senior class and we haven’t gotten a single recruit that considered both of us. Scheyer has been dunking on us for nearly a year now in that regard.

I guess I'm weird, but I'm a fan of the University of Kentucky basketball program.

Sharpe whoring us out when it's crystal clear he never had any genuine intention to play a second for this team, cutting up on the bench where seemingly every game we had guys going down hurt or playing through injuries in the meat of the toughest SEC schedule we've had in probably decades, riding around in a GD Porsche and raking in tons of NIL money that was being earned based on the lie he was going to lead the team next season, and then jumping through however many loopholes to jet immediately to the NBA... all of that hurts this basketball program. It hurts recruiting, it hurts our culture, and it's a f'n embarrassment.

So yeah, **** him.

I will actively root against his success in the NBA and won't ever claim him as a Wildcat, even after his glum draft night interview where he'll talk about how tough it was to leave Lexington and he had to pursue his dreamz and whatever else his camp has had him rehearse so he doesn't come off as a complete dick. I hope 10 years from now the biggest regret in his life is that he f'd over this program and fanbase.
