If these are your symptoms why get tested? Wouldn’t you follow the exact same protocols if it was flu or Covid? Honest question.

All that and - not that this is any of anyone’s GD business- I have a 3 year old with some health issues who got a flu shot but not a COVID shot. Pretty good to know these types of things for her future health just in case she gets symptoms too, imo.

Will also be adding a mass cane plant and a hibiscus or two to the porch as well as a firecracker plant and some birds of paradise, just didn’t have room in my KIA SOUL for them on this trip.

-I don’t even have a gal right now but I go back and forth on kids at this point. Some days you all and my friends make it look like the coolest thing ever and it is, but many days look like pure chaos.

I NEED routine in my life and even having a dog makes it more complicated so I can’t imagine kids.

If you aren’t sure you want kids, you prob don’t want to have kids. I was all in on kids and am struggling. 2.5 year old never sleeps past 5:15am and just finished her nap today….. 35 min. F that! Not like she is tired or anything after playing outside all morning and going to swim class.

I hope everyone keeps disrespecting us. We're gonna pop up and win the East one year, and dumbasses won't know what to say. But rest assured, that following year, they'll all predict a solid "7-8" wins and a Duke's Mayo Bowl for the gutsy Wildcats!

Hell, a lot of our own fans were predicting 7 wins this PAST season....that's with a rocket armed QB, Wandale Robinson, one of the best OL in the nation, a top tier RB, and a more than serviceable D. People are downright stupid about UK football, and the team absolutely thrives on that.

You get tested because naturally acquired immunity to covid is the best protection and it's nice to know that you have that. Most people I know who thought they had it but never got tested ended up regretting not knowing.

Speaking of Daniel Boone and Ky history, my dad once found a barely legible, due to being incredibly old, carving in a huge beech tree on a stream bank that appeared to predate the first known white explorers in Warren County by a year. We know about those explorers because they left their mark via a carving in beech tree on a stream bank. He contacted the archaeology dept at WKU and never heard back. Shrug. Never found out if it was legit. Guessing they looked the other way because there was a massive construction project there that had already been delayed a ton due to abundant Native American artifacts on site.

4 y/o has been anti-sports because he wants to watch other stuff or play with me, but none of that is happenin when the Cats are on. Well last night he randomly turned a corner and just said "Lets watch Kuhtucky!" out of the blue. Couldn't believe it, or let the moment go to waste, so I immediately took him to the couch and put on the last drive of the Citrus Bowl. Explained in very basic terms what they were trying to do before each play, and then when they did it, he would go nuts. Then showed him the trophy ceremony and confetti, etc. He loved every bit of it. Hoping the hooks are in.

my fiance is ready for a kid yesterday, and "I'm ready whenever you are." I told him I'm never ever going to feel ready, but I want one, so I'm just gonna...do it. I think/ruminate way too damn much about the potential pitfalls of literally everything in life to ever feel "ready" to squeeze out an entire human. Unsurprisingly I've also never romantically imagined motherhood, but at 33, I finally feel the "biological imperative." I know I'm not a complete effing idjit so surely I can do it. But I sure as hell am not rushing toward it.

Pls 8 lb 6 oz baby jesus, give us some Sharpe tonight. Make my 9 pm game redass meaningful.

You can easily find that out after the quarantine.

That's an antibody test. Kroger or Quest offer them. If you need to differentiate b/w natty(even though now that the evidence we've had for 1.5 years is so overwhelming it's finally being begrudgingly accepted by the worshipers of Fauci, though not accepted for passports, restaurants in NYC/LA, to keep your job in a medical facility, or to avoid quarantine, even when it's proven to be far superior to mRNA) and vaccine you'll need your doctor to order that test through a lab.

Wayne, it’s just common sense that when most people have money they blow it on dumb overpriced stuff. Then a few months later when they can’t pay any bills they sell it for nothing.
I’ve already sold an electric razor scooter and bought it back for a 1/4 of what I sold it for as an example. Nothing like doubling up on profit.

Yeah, but that's more of a boom-time / bust-time thing. Inflation, otoh, is different. Ask the Zimbabweans who were paying $1 Trillion for a loaf of bread.

The best advice I ever received as a parent was “don’t freak out and think you’re a monster if you don’t really like it that much the first 6 months.” Totally saved me guilt and self-questioning. I pretty much hated all my kids the first 6 months of their lives. Just an awful stage. My youngest is 5 and 1/2 months and he’s starting to smile and giggle at me so he’s fine now. My wife loves the infant stage however.

- I don’t have health insurance so unless my employer wants to know if I have Covid no one will

- my kids are 6 and 7. I can’t even remember what life was like before them. Little girl (7) is diving head first into basketball and softball. Hoping little man picks up more interest being at the park / gym seeing big sister having fun.

- I can’t think of much that would get the faithful more riled up like sharpe bombing 4 or 5 three balls in tonight

- been reading the Auburn smack talk online. Will be sweet beating their *** in Tampa

I’m absolutely paranoid about puking and somehow I’ve avoided throwing up since April of 2011. My strategy is I basically starve myself or only eat “safe” foods, if that makes sense. Things like sprite, light soup, crackers. Basically I eat like I’m already sick. I just don’t want to ever puke up tacos al pastor or something. Not only is it much grosser, but it’ll me not like that food anymore. My wife is the complete opposite. She’s like ‘is what it is’ and she’ll eat like f*cking lasagna or something while the kids are yakking. She’s a psychopath

My last one was on the way home from Knoxville, WS and Bonz in the car, Rudd filled us full of all kinds of shots. Believe I took my shirt off in the bar that night. 2008 or 9, maybe?

My last meal before our latest stomach bug bout was Pork Katsu from the Hawaiian restaurant.

Coincidentally I won't be eating at the Hawaiian restaurant for a long time.
